• The beginning of the game has Simon chastise you for going out to play cards. If you stay and listen to him you skip the entire prologue, while the other option is to run away in the middle of his speech. Picking this option has him do an Eye Take and yell for you to come back.
• Heishin's facial expressions on losing his second duel with the player are hilarious, especially with the later revelation that he staged his defeat.
• After DarkNite turns Heishin into a card, he complains that he's the noisiest, ugliest card he's ever made before burning him up.
• After you beat Nitemare, he lets out a Big "NO!" that fills two text boxes, with a grand total of 63 Os.
• Gameplay wise, setting your powerful monster card(s) face down and luring your opponent into attacking it with inferior card(s) can be fun at times. Bonus point if you are doing this against Jono in your attempt(s) of farming "Time Wizard".
• The fact that Battle Steer represents the patty/burger needed for summoning the Hungry Burger with its ritual.
• A speedrunner had the worst possible luck and had Heishin use Exodia on him at the finale of a 13-hour playthrough, killing the run. (The odds of this happening are about 1 in 600,000).
