Lillie may be physically strong, but her composure is not.

The Void may be a Mega Dungeon where frustration, despair, and horror are rampant, but that doesn't mean there can't be moments of humor here and there.

As a Moments page, all spoilers are unmarked!

  • Early into the dungeon you'll encounter a nun NPC. If you talk to her, she talks about how she ended up in the Void, and also casually remarks having a colleague named Sister Ballbuster. Either that's some really creative naming or she and her fellow nun are the not-holy-at-all type of nun.
  • During the first birch tree dream sequence, Gray has to coax Lily out of bed, and the guards are all cowering in fear of the latter. Gray walks into the bedroom, confronts Lily, and a battle in the vein of a turn-based RPG begins, with Lily's anger depicted as a monstrous creature. And for all the framing as some sort of epic fight between a human hero and a monster, it's really no more than a typical play-fight between the two; they exchange petulent insults during the fight, such as Gray calling her a "spud of a princess" and Lily calling her a "boobie monster".
  • The floor after the first birch tree features Tail, a giant lamia-like creature. If you bump up against her chest, it jiggles, and the game asks you why the hell did you do that.
    • After touching Tail's chest, closing the game and opening it again will make you stand trial before the ZERO Court for your lecherous act, accident or no. Cif will count the amount of times you've touched Tail inappropriately while Bee fumbles her thoughts and eventually deems you a lost cause and gives up defending your actions. Your punishment, should you plead guilty, will make all pushable objects have the exact same boinging sound as Tail's breasts to remind you that you're a pervert! Notably, this is the only ZERO Court sequence that doesn't involve cheating.
  • Another dream sequence has a squad of bandits attack Lily and Gray. Gray unleashes her "Gray the Destroyer" persona and a Hopeless Boss Fight ensues...with Gray as the boss in question. If you use the "Check" command, all you get is "You've made a grave mistake". If you use the Defend command, the bandit tries to get his henchmen to back him up, but they're too busy cowering to help. If you use the Attack command, he simply misses. And she starts the battle by warning the guy he has three turns — sure enough, three hits knocks him out.
    • Later in Lillie Mode you may run into the bandit once more. He tries to flirt with the girl only for her to get mad and assume a fighting stance to beat him up. The bandit instantly recognizes the stance Lillie's taking and in a heartbeat instantly strips down to his underwear and drops into a dogeza posture to apologize out of PTSD from Gray beating him and his goons up!
  • At the end of Gray's mode in her final memory, Lily thwarts Johann's plans and begins to strike up her bargain by getting Cif's attention... in the most offensive way possible.
    Lily: "Hey, you! Big Horns!"
Cif: *Death Glare* "Big what now?"
  • If the game detects that you're trying to cheat, usually by reloading your save to get more Locust Idols or cheat Void status, you are faced with a ZERO Court scene, with ZERO Judge in charge, Cif as ZERO Prosecution, and Bee as ZERO Defense. Cif explains the crime that the player committed, and Bee tries to defend the player's actions, usually along the lines of what a difficulty-frustrated player would say. In one of these scenes, Bee calls Cif "fatty horns" much to the latter's anger, then keeps repeating it until ZERO Judge intervenes.
  • The Escort Mission with Ninnie is rife with silly moments when you talk to her, ranging from Lillie thinking of using her as a barrier to block enemies from approaching with a smug smile, to Lillie finally getting that Ninnie has a massive crush on her for being strong and protective of her, resulting in the above picture with Lillie swooning and having a panic attack that she has an admirer to that degree! The entire sequence is the only time Lillie outright blushes in embarrassment!
  • The Treasure Hunter sequence. Talking to her leads to her asking if she can look at your Void Rod. Talk to her again and she runs off with it, forcing you to chase her through a considerable amount of the dungeon without your trusty Void Rod on you! When you finally corner her, she tries to make up a story about how her family is ill and how she's trying to sell treasures to care for them. When Gray doesn't fall for it, she finally gives the Rod back. As the kicker, you corner her on a path surrounded by Bottomless Pits. You can push her to her death afterwards, and in fact unless you have the Void Wings, it is the only way to advance. And because she suffers the same "pushed into pit" animation as all the other NPCs with no extra fanfare, it gives the impression that Gray is seething with Tranquil Fury and thinks nothing of killing the thief.
  • There's something darkly hilarious about Lillie's version of the Void not only features harder puzzles, but some of the stairs are deliberately placed under Dark Idols, meaning an unwary player will see what they think is progress, but instead..."Only a simple memory will remain."
  • Lillie meeting Gor, especially with the Void Sword in tow, is a riot. She is incredulous at the idea of a talking decapitated head and how Gor keeps begging her to cut her down with the sword, turning a serious action of killing someone into a playground taunting session from the Void Lord.
  • At the start of Cif Mode, her and ZERO Judge discuss the true nature of DIS and after many millenia of research, she unfortunately is unable to provide enough information Cif desired to learn of their purpose. They then get ready to leave on a heartfelt note, talking about watching over Lily and her daughter... however there is a very rare chance ZERO Judge, after opening a dimensional door, will instead start spinning and fly through the ceiling to take her leave, leaving the door to awkwardly close itself after having been made obsolete.
  • At the end of the DIS route and Lily breaking up the fight between Add and Lev, Lev is dumbstruck at how DIS stopped from Lily's command. After the computer puts Lev's face on display with an X over it, Add explains it wasn't for those of the Void. Lev immediately becomes irate at the implication that Lily is the true heir to DIS, which the computer then sasses the void lord by displaying Lily's incredibly smug face with a O and dinging like a game show.
  • If the nun was rescued during a run where the DIS route was completed, a brief cutscene will play during the credits of her praying in an abbey chamber, only to look around furtively, pause, and light up a cigarette. Cue the door slamming open to reveal a stout silhouette that one can only presume to be Sister Ballbuster, eyes glowing furiously.
