• During Daichi's first transformation, he freaks out due to being afraid of heights. The result is Ultraman X holding onto a building to not fall over.
• In Episode 3, when X's Cyber Eleking Armour makes its debut, Mamoru notices something odd about it…
  Ruri: Oh, Ele-chan is so cute!
  Mamoru: There's a head on it [the armour's shoulder].
  Ruri: That's what's so great about it!
  <Mamoru just stares at Ruri>
• The rugby episode. Particularly the reveal Space Rugby is a thing. Wataru and Daichi's reaction to it just screams You Have GOT to Be Kidding Me!.
• In Ultraman Victory’s guest appearance, Shou spends part of his screen time with his mouth covered. Daichi only knows that he hails from a different civilisation. Hilarity Ensues.
• There is an entire episode with a tv crew following Xio including patrols and investigating suspicious potential aliens. A Dada alien even gets the mugshot treatment. To add extra humor he keeps one face for a profile shot, front and center then changes his face for the other profile before being scolded for changing his face.
• Episode 18 – "Wataru's Romance" – features a bunch:
  • Ultraman X promptly unites to deal with Mu and Red King… only to get glomped by an amorous Mu. Red King can be seen blinking in confusion and scratching his neck as if to say "alllllrighty then…" before continuing his rampage.
  • During X's subsequent wrestle with Red King, the latter rips a water tank off a building and tries to smash it on X, only for X to grapple with Red King, wrangle the tank out of his hands, and gently set it back on the building before continuing the fight.
  • Mu and her infatuation with X is the gift that keeps on giving. After a bit of accidental memory-erasing flatulence, X forgets that Mu tried to assist X against Red King and tries to toss her back into space.
  • Then, when Wataru sees his childhood friend and would-be crush Nanako go back to Hayato's arms, it looks like someone's turned on the Grey Rain of Depression… which turns out to be Mu crying up a storm.
  • When the "fight" ends, all X can do is look on after the departing Mu, utterly confused as to what happened.
