    Season 1 
Episode 1 - Recruits Part I
  • Hot Shot managing to get on everyone's nerves, rather quickly.
    Hot Shot: Hey guys! Miss me?
    Medix: Do you really want an answer to that question?
Episode 2 - Recruits Part II
  • During a debriefing on an upcoming rescue simulation. Whirl quickly demonstrates her enthusiasm for Earth. As well as her rather, eccentric charm.
    Heatwave: Any questions?
    Whirl: So, is string cheese made of string or cheese?
    Heatwave: Any questions about the rescue?
Episode 3 - Tough Luck Chuck
  • After botching a rescue simulation, Hot Shot gets roped into babysitting "Touch Luck Chuck". In the end, Hot Shot decides to tie Chuck up to a chair.
Episode 4 - Whirl'd View
  • According to Chase, there apparently is a police code for the rather unlikely, tree up a tree.
  • Whirl is adamant about following Chase's advice and following the rules. After all, one never knows when they might be facing an avalanche, or a tiger. Or... an avalanche of tigers.
Episode 5 - Plan Bee
  • The fact that the recruits are frightened, of bees. Which leads to all the recruits running around in a panic, from holographic bees. When the purpose of the test, is to try and save the bees.
Episode 7 - If at First...
  • While its far from funny to the recruits, Hoist's new attachment upgrades for the team going out of control during their test run. The recoil from Hot Shot's new sonic blaster, sends him flying. Similarly, Whirl's arm rotors send her spinning. While poor Wedge's power fists literally fly off. Then Medix's new claws buckle when he tries to open a car door. The poor bots all look rather miserable as their upgrades fail, especially Wedge.
  • Whirl is a bit misinformed about cows. Thinking it's the animals themselves, that come in chocolate and strawberry flavor.
Episode 8 - Mount Botmore
  • Medix making the rather obvious observation. On the fact that a giant head sculpture of Hot Shot's is about to destroy the town.
    Medix: Talk about a metaphor.
Episode 9 - Mission Inaudible
  • Watching Medix getting a little too invested in his role of the "rescue victim" in the team's latest exercise.
    Medix: Oh, I've been saving my favorite one for a moment just like this. (now speaking in a southern accent) Help. Help. This is all just too much for poor, lil' old me. I fear I may swoon. (back to normal accent) Oh! Swoon is an antiquated human expression for fainting. Impossible for a bot, of course, but quite appropriate for the situation, were I indeed human.
Episode 11 Five into Four
  • Hoist's newly invented super magnet, which accidentally causes Heatwave to become super magnetic the moment he holds it.
  • The Brick Joke at the end of the episode, when Hoist accidentally triggers the super magnet again. Only this time, Heatwave and the recruits end up in one big pile.
Episode 12 - Rescue Promo
  • Hot Shot falls into a vat of jam, saying "Jaaam", in a nice nod to Armada!Hot Shot's obsession with JaAm.
  • Hearing Optimus Prime of all bots laughing when he sees the final result of the rescue promo! Along with Heatwave, no less!
Episode 15 - TX3000
  • Whirl being very enthusiastic about an obviously B-grade Earth movie. While Medix prefers to be a critic.
    Whirl: Wow! Skateboarding Snakes are even more amazing in 3D!
    Medix: Really? I find the movie better when I close my eyes completely.
Episode 16 - The Big, Small Rescue
  • Wedge's attempt to rescue the Galax by digging it up. Which only frightened the plant, causing the creature to spray him with a sticky substance. Something that Wedge continues to grouse about until the end of the episode.
Episode 17 - Go Team, Go!
  • Whirl getting all the other recruits together, for cheer practice. Which they actually master by the end of the episode.
Episode 21 - All at Sea
  • The recruits getting distracted while on their underwater ocean clean-up mission. Even Medix gets in on the fun, by making friends with a crab.
    Medix: I'm calling you Clifford. Got your nose! Got your nose! ("Clifford" attacks Medix) Ow! That's my nose, Clifford.
Episode 26 - Trick or Treat
  • The fact that Wedge dressed for Halloween in a homemade Bumblebee costume. Medix is convinced Wedge's costume is not brand new.
    Medix: Exactly how long have you had that in your closet?
Episode 27 - Space Case
  • Wedge criticizes Hoist for his internet username. While Hoist reveals he's not the only "unoriginal" one online.
    Hoist: On the internet, no one knows you're an alien robot.
    Wedge: Your username might be a tip-off. AlienRobot11?
    Hoist: There were already ten others.
Episode 28 - Ballon up a Tree
  • The fact that a simple mission of retrieving a balloon that had gotten caught in a tree. Could cascade into a Disaster Dominoes that amounted to a balloon up a tree. Up a rocket, up a crane up a rather tall building.
Episode 42 - Monster Savings
  • Grimlock has trouble working at the monitor and complains about the difficulty of his job. Why he hasn't considered changing to his robot form instead of continuing to attempt the job with his Tyrannosaurus alt-mode's stubby arms is anyone's guess.
  • At the end of the episode, Medix laughs at a soap opera and points out how fake it is, then freaks out when he sees a commercial where an actor pretends to be an alien.

    Season 2 
Episode 19 - Power Up And Energize
  • Chuck's programming being stuck in "businessman" mode, after a training simulation.
    Chuck: (to Hoist) Thank you Clive from maintenance. You're fired!
    • Heatwave's growing irritation with Chuck, especially when Chuck tries to take over his office.
    Chuck: I have this room booked for a four o'clock shareholder meeting. Please vacate!
    Heatwave: Ugh, Ratchet, can you please come and reboot Chuck. Before he fires us all?
    • At the end of the episode, Chuck still hasn't been fixed. Having completely taken over Heatwave's office.
    Chuck: Profits are down! I'm sorry feather duster, I've heard enough excuses. Brush off your desk, you're fired. (literally knocks the feather duster over)
Episode 35 - More Than Meets The Eye
  • Hoist's attempt to reactivate the bot seemingly trapped in cassette tape form. Involves plugging the bot into an old boom box. Though Hoist gets the name of the machine wrong, calling it a "bam box", repeatedly.
Episode 57 - Robo-Cody
  • Heatwave's inability to get the bull to move along at the end of the episode.
Episode 58 - Heatwave's Shiny Coat
  • The initial confusion where Cody talks about the dog Heatwave and Blades and Medix think he's talking about the Rescue Bot Heatwave.
