Considering that The Sponge House was based on two hilarious shows, it comes to no surprise that it has some funny moments!
- "Karate Choppers":
- SpongeBob stepping on the rubber ducks is replaced with Lincoln stepping on whoopee cushions.Lincoln: "Dang it, Luan!"
- Luan complimenting on the joke Lincoln made while he's fighting Lynn.

- In "Lifeguard Lincoln":
- Clyde can't tell if he's tanned because he's black.
- The "sharks and sea monsters" part is replaced with kids in swimsuits, and it's just as funny.Lincoln: "Uh... there are sharks in there!"Kid in Shark Costume: "No, these are just our swimsuits."Lincoln: "Um... killer whale!"Kid in Orca Costume: "This is a swimsuit too."
- In "Lynn's Little Secret":
- Everyone's pony toys resemble them in some way, for instance Lana's wears overalls and is named Dirty Mudpie.
- Lynn rhetorically wonders if Lucy will want to bury her in the yard next time. Lucy then throws away a shovel.
- Leni says she likes staring at the wall, especially if it matches her dress.
- In "Wishing You Well", Mr. Krabs being eaten is replaced with Flip being chased by an angry mob. And why are they angry? Because he sold them expired milk.
- In "Pizza Delivery", the line "Of course we have pizza" becomes funny because the setting has changed to Gus's Games 'n' Grub, which is literally a pizzeria.
- In "Procrastinator", just before the "cleaning the kitchen" scene, Lana eats Charles's dog food off the floor.
- "Lena Shroud" ends with Lena in the garbage commenting, "This stinks. Literally."
- In "Have You Seen This Frog?", the old lady is replaced with a boy named Christopher, who calls Hops Mr. Toadie.Christopher's dad: "That's a frog, not a toad."
- "Charles Takes a Bath":
- The "strapping a bomb to his chest" gag was replaced with Lincoln strapping a water bomb to his chest. He remarks, "I couldn't use a real bomb. That'd be insane."
- The Subliminal Message Girl is replaced with a photo of Lincoln dressed as Lily.
- Instead of pretending to call the French restaurant, Lincoln calls the dog pound, for real, but they've gotten the excuse before.
- In "Louds Campout", Lisa is the one to trust a story from "Fake Science Monthly".
- In "Wet Painters", Leni thinks she's lost her sunglasses when they're still on her head.
- In "Frankendoodle", Lisa pretends that Lily can speak.Lily: "Goo goo ga ga?"Lisa: "I'm glad you asked."
- In "Dirty Mouth", the "Squidward smells... good" gag is replaced with Lana seeing some writing that reads, "Lana smells", and then adding "bad".
- In "Life of Crime", Lola calls Lana a dirty liar, to which she responds, "I'm dirty, yes, but I'm not lying."
- In "Loud Borg", Lisa doesn't get bloodshot eyes like Mr. Krabs... instead, she gets ketchup all over her glasses, which is arguably funnier.
- In "The Great Dog Race":
- Mr. Grouse gets called "Mr. Gross", "Grease", and "Goose".
- Leni has a doll that's used in the place of Rocky. When people point out that it's a doll, she says, "Thanks."
- The line "You're the underdog" becomes funny, since it's now to Charles.
- In "Not Normal", Lori tells Lucy off for "screeching like a vampire". Lucy replies, "A vampire screeches like this" and makes a different sound.
