As a general rule, Kanda is a master of the art of tsukkomi. Helps that he has lots of bokes to practice on.
Episode 2: Mashiro asking Sorata to take her clothes off. It's amazing just how far they go, considering Mashiro wasn't actually teasing Sorata (though she did try, when Sorata called her out on not making the whole thing the least bit sexy).
Shiina: …Sorata… Sorata: What now!? Shiina: Have you ever had sex? (beat) Shiina: Sora- Sorata: Are you trying to give me a heart attack!?
Misaki accidentally takes off Sorata's boxers. *beat* "Pervert."
Episode 7: A breather episode introducing the very energetic younger sister of Sorata. She has very interesting imagine spots too.
Episode 8: When it's revealed that Nanami had gone commando. The others just wouldn't stop teasing her about it.
Misaki: Let's call this the "No Panties Nanamin fireworks welcome party"!
Misaki: No panties, no life!
The avalanche of bras, panties, and swimsuits that Misaki unleashes on Sorata.
In episode 14 we get this line when Sorata sees Aoyama in slightly different clothes. It's not what is being said but the way it's being said.
Sorata: Hey... What was that for, AoyaaaaaAAAAAAMAHA!

Sorata's dad: I don't recall allowing you to be polygamous.
And then his dad gets stuck in the bathtub.
Sorata's dad: I stayed in too long, and now I can't move. Help me. Sorata: Apologize for making me think you were even a little cool!
Rita pulling a fast one on Ryuunosuke and kissing him again. Maid-chan gets upset and Rita kisses her as well. She blushes madly in anger/embarrassment.
At the airport, Rita offers Ryuunosuke a handshake. He accepts…and Rita pulls him to herself and kisses, while not caring about keeping a balance. Add to it the clapping and whistling crowd, Sorata’s and Aoyama’s shocked expressions,Ryuunosuke’s PostKiss Catatonia and the moment mentioned above, and you will get one of the funniest moments of the anime.
Most of the interactions between Rita and Maid-chan count as this.
The entire segment where the Sorata and the others welcome the new residents:
In accordance to Sakurasou tradition, Sorata, Nanami and Akasaka freak the new residents out.
Hase and Ian enter into Sakurasou, and Aoyama, who was practising the lines of a horror movie that Sorata was going to make, reaches the "Blood...Blood of a virgin. Who will give me a clear virgin blood..." part, which creeps the newcomers. Then Sorata greets them...while holding a bloody knife in his hand. Ian, creeped even more, runs into the yard, where he bumps into Ryuunosuke, who looked very ...creepy. Already horrified, Ian rushes back into Sakurasou and enters Shiina’s room. After a few seconds, he notices Shiina and notes her beauty..and the messy state of the room, while Shiina calmly orders him to <<take it off>>. Ian happily starts taking <<it>> off, then Aoyama enters the room. You can guess what happened next.
Yuuko turns out to actually have passed. She just got her student number wrong.
The introduction of the young wife who just moved in next door, Mitaka Misaki.
When they first meet, Sorata thinks that Ryuunosuke is a ghost.
It looks like Misaki has learned how to drive by playing a lot of GTA.
Ryuunosuke loudly eating tomatoes and programming ...during the class.
Ryuunosuke: I have greater faith in tomatoes than in anything else in the world.
Jin finds a letter in his locker. It turns out to be a marriage registration guess from who.
Aoyama: C-Congratulations on your marriage.
Jin: That joke hurt, Aoyama.
Shiina believes in panties.
Shiina's deadpan delivery makes many lines hilarious:
Shiina: My shower scenes lack sexiness, apparently.
After the culture festival:
Misaki: I can't quell this libido!
Jin: In that case, put that libido to use by cleaning up.
Misaki makes Jin wear a salmon costume to gather signatures.
