• If you're playing as Claude and decide to recruit Welch, Claude complains that there's something odd about the Dialogue Tree choices, as he isn't given an opportunity to say no at first.
  • Welch's entire recruitment scene is pretty funny, particularly in Claude's route.
• Leon's PA in Fun City, where he confesses having a crush on every girl.
• There is a Breaking the Fourth Wall moment when Rena tampers with the library records on Energy Nede and ends up deleting everything on it, with Claude watching the whole thing. When confronted about it, Claude immediately denies anything and runs away. A message then comes up on the screen: “Gamers, please don’t do what Claude and Rena just did!”
• Ashton's strange fascination with barrels.
• The English dubbing in the original game...leaves a little to be desired. But one gem that sprang from this is the Bunny calling, where the characters can summon a giant rabbit to use as a mount. Claude's Bunny call sounds like his actor was told "Do your best Half-Witted Hillbilly impression", while Dias' call of "Bunny! Come here!" comes through clenched teeth and such an angry voice that it sounds like he wants to murder the poor thing.
• Claude's PA with Ashton in a cafe if he orders what is revealed to be a large milkshake with two straws... the two awkwardly drink together from it, until some people watching get the wrong idea.
• Rena's PA (which is somehow not included in Second Evolution, probably due to how it'll look sexist in the PSP release time frame) which involves her catching both Claude and Bowman rating random girls in a 10-point scale about how cute they are. Rena does give them a well-deserved What the Hell, Hero? treatment and most likely her affection points would drop between the two, but it's a bit hilarious when Rena decides to 'play along' and asks how much will she score for the two (which she gets 10 easily from both) or give them both 0 points if the gender perspective is flipped. (girls rating boys)
• In the 2023 remake, if an avalanche is triggered in the Field of Might, the scene will cut to the party lying in the snow. Everyone is lying normally except for Rena; she's half-buried in the snow upside-down with her legs comically sticking out of the top.
