Stampy: Ooh! Oohoohoohooh! Come round here, Squiddeh! Have a look at this! There are mushrooms, obsidian, water...
    Squid: Any diamonds?
Stampy:' ...no diamonds, but I found mushrooms, and obsidian, and water...
Squid: (echoing Stampy) ...Obsidian, and water...
Stampy: "But we're after diamonds!" Forget the diamonds, Squid, when we got mushrooms...
  • In Episode 14, Longbow's Quest leads Squid and Stampy to a pool of lava. Squid, while still holding all of his items, jumps in it to test if there's water underneath it. There isn't. Cue both of them running around screaming and desperately searching for a pool of water, because if Squid dies, he might lose his enchanted diamond pickaxe. Squid somehow survives being set on fire, but is then immediately attacked by two spiders, with Stampy trying to dig a hole for Squid to hide in and hit both spiders with a spade at the same time. As soon a those are dealt with, and Squid is safe in a hole in the ground, a creeper comes up behind them... which completely ignores Stampy and instead dances around in circles looking for Squid, who it can't reach. This leads to Stampy trying to make friends with it, until Longbow breaks the block Squid is hiding under, causing the creeper to fall into the hole with Squid.
  • Episode 15:
    • Stampy and Squid 'humming quietly'.
    • Squid finds the Sword of Pandorics Nuclear Power, then throws it in the sea. Both Stampy and Squid nearly drown trying to retrieve it, but manage to recover it without dying. But as soon as they get it back, Squid says "That was fun; let's do it again!", then throws it straight back in.
    • Squid's comment "You're very oblivious to everything, Stampy, aren't you?", which Stampy seems totally oblivious to.
    • Stampy challenging Squid to silly competitions, such as 'first person to be Stampy' and 'first person to be a smelly poo bum.'
    • After finding the sword, Stampy and Squid decide to go mining to find the last diamonds they need to complete one of Longbow's puzzles. They mine down, and find a cave and two diamonds with surprising ease. They then head back home, congratulating themselves on how quickly they completed their task. Then Squid tries to actually craft the diamond blocks.
Stampy: Do you have enough? You might need one more.
    Squid: For two?
    Stampy: Yeah.
    Stampy: Er- what?
Squid: Look! Diamond block, and I've only got six diamonds left over.
    Stampy: ...What?
Squid: Have we- Are we missing some?
    Stampy: Er- Um... What?
Squid: We're missing- No! Don't say we're missing a diamond!
    Stampy: Um...
Squid: Oh god. Oh god. Where's the diamond chest?
    Stampy: Where's... Where's... Um...
Squid: There's no diamonds in the diamond chest. Erm... erm...
    Stampy: Wait! I... erm... what?

    • Squid suspects Timmy:
Squid: Have we- have we miscalculated? Have we gone wrong? Timmy stole it?
    Stampy: Er... Um... Timmy?
Squid: Where's the diamonds? What's happened?

    • Stampy's solution:
Stampy: Can we- can we make one? This [an ender pearl] looks a bit like a diamond...
Squid: We can't make one! Have we not got enough? Don't say we've not got enough!

    • The penny finally drops for Squid:
    Stampy: We need one more.
    Squid: WHAT?! No! Come on!
Stampy: We need another diamond! Why did we leave that cave? There was so much diamond potential!
Squid: Stam-py! Simple maths, my friend! Come on!

  • In Episode 16, Squid and Stampy decide to do the conga while walking to a cave, with them both crouching at certain parts of the song. Stampy leads them both through a river, causing them to crouch while swimming, and slowly sink to the bottom of the river each time.
Stampy: Oh, we're a couple of idiots, aren't we?

  • Smooch turning his face away whenever Stampy tries to kiss him.
  • In Episode 23, Stampy and Squid are celebrating getting their dragon egg back, when Stampy accidentally taps on it, and loses it again.
  • In Episode 24, Stampy tries and fails to explain why sandstone is like white chocolate, with Squid just getting more and more confused.
Stampy: IF I FINISHED MY SENTENCE, YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND PERFECTLY!
    • Squid mocks Stampy for his lack of progress, so Stampy boasts to him that he'll have finished the outside of the ice cream parlour by the end of the episode. At the end of the episode, all he's managed to build is the floor and a one-block high wall. Squid is unimpressed.
    • Stampy collects some sandstone, and is surprised about how much he's managed to collect, even going so far as to chastise himself for getting carried away and gathering too much. He then runs out of it in about five minutes, and spends the rest of the episode collecting more.
  • In Episode 25, the conversation about leaving your duke behind the sofa.
    • "If you like it, then you'd better put a duke in it."
    • The idea of a burglar pretending they were just trying to put a chicken in someone's house.

Adventure Maps

  • The Dropper
    • Stampy tries to use a minecart elevator and ends up getting stuck in a minecart for over a minute.

  • The Final Contestant
    • Stampy and Squid trying to complete the piston parkour puzzle, which is designed for one person. This means they have to both jump at the same time in a one block space to place a piston, and every time one of them pushes the other off and they have to complete the parkour again.
      • Stampy then reveals that it's taken them almost an hour just to complete that puzzle.
      • Squid trying to throw the last piston to Stampy, only to pick it back up again because they're standing in such a small space.

  • The Forgotten Vale
    • Stampy having a breakdown and ranting about spiders in Episode 8, which is appropriately titled "I HATE Spiders". This even makes it to #9 on Stampy's "Top 10 - Adventure Map Moments" video.
Stampy: (trying to climb up along the wall to do parkour while getting attacked by spiders) Go. Away. Spi— Ugh, I forgot they could climb! You're the most annoying mobs in Minecraft. No one wants you. Nobody wants you to exist, spiders, so stop it. Stop existing right now. I've had enough of you. You [think you've been] running along existing and all that — (Squid chuckles in the background) — not needed, spiders, it's not needed. Do you know what? (turns around to face spiders) Do you know what suffices for me? Spiders, do you know what suffices for me? Two legs. Two legs is fine. Two legs is all we need, you know? (fails the parkour and falls down, then starts attacking spiders with his sword) Humans are the most evolved creatures, yeah? (Squid laughs) We only have two le— why would you need to go and have eight? Are you just showing off? Are you try— are you trying [to] impress us? 'Cause you're not impressing us and you're not impressing the other spiders— (gets attacked by a spider while trying to start the parkour again) because they all have eight blubbin' legs as well! Get out of my face! Go away! I hate spiders! You know what I hate more than spiders? Massive spiders; or slightly smaller massive spiders that bite you, and poison you, and force me to drink milk, which makes me go blind. I hate you, spiders. I— (fails the parkour and falls down again) NO! And I keep falling on you! (dissolves into Angrish while running from the spiders)
Squid: Stampy, do you want a Snickers, mate? You want a Snickers?

  • Lab 115
    • Squid pushes Stampy into lava, and then falls in the lave himself so they both die. Due to a glitch they don't spawn in their beds, but in a random cave with no exit, and they have to punch their way out.

  • Randoms
    • Stampy gets a question wrong so the room fills with lava and he burns to death. Squid then removes the lava and it gradually disappears. Stampy then runs back into the room and manages to stand in the last bit of lava left on the floor, and sets himself on fire again.
    • One question asks what the loudest animal in the world is. Stampy says the shrimp, and them desperately tries to explain himself while Squid laughs at him (to be fair, he was probably thinking of the snapping shrimp, which can make a very loud sound).
    • Both Squid and Stampy die at the same time in a lava maze and spawn a long way back. As Stampy is flying to the top of some parkour in a previous room Squid teleports to him, and then falls all the way back down the parkour.

  • The Tree of Life
    • The story says that Stampy and Squid have finally found the tree that they've been looking for for years. Stampy and Squid then completely ignore the huge, obviously-plot-relevant tree in front of them and start running up to a completely normal tree instead.
    • Stampy sails towards a platform and Squid tries to punch him back, but Squid punches Stampy just as he gets out, so Squid ends up in the boat. Stampy then goes to punch Squid, but then Squid gets out of the boat, so Stampy ends up getting back in the boat.
    • Stampy trying to do the parkour and shrieking every time he does a difficult jump.
    • Squid's ridiculous parkour method, which involves placing boats on every block and then jumping from boat to boat.
      • At one point Stampy has to put a boat on a block, but because there's a higher block next to it all the boats he tries to place end up on the higher block. Stampy doesn't realise this at first, so he places down about five boats on the same block. This means that when he tries to get into a boat on that block he gets launched off by all the other boats.
    • Squid shuts an iron door at in Stampy's face so Stampy has to break through it without a pickaxe. He finishes breaking it and turns around to see Squid coming up behind him, then places it back down so now Squid is trapped behind the door.
    • Stampy successfully ender pearls to the top of a tree, then Squid tries to follow him and dies. At the start of the next episode, Squid tries again to ender pearl to the tree and dies again.
    • Stampy and Squid go to the nether, but haven't switched the map to peaceful like they've been told to. In the nether they find a bunch of signs explaining the plot and a ghast, so they have to read the signs as quickly as possible before the ghast blows them up.

Challenges

  • Negative Challenge:
    • In Episode 18, I Got Griefed, Stampy has a massive Oh, Crap! moment and practically went hysterical at the 18 minute mark when he realizes that whoever that griefed his house had set up a minecart with hopper system to steal everything from his chests, because it messed up the great efforts he took in the series to organize his chests.

Dens

  • Ocean Den:
    • Episode 11, Discovering Atlantis!: Due to the map originally being designed for the PC version of Minecraft, some signs end up having letters removed or words mashed together because of differences in the letter amount between the PC and Console versions. While for the most part everything is understandable, some dialogue from this episode is most definitely not. Stampy and Sqaishey's reactions as they read it really make the episode.
The sign: Who's ever is reading this, hello! This is test I set up anyone who past these point! But this is mostly known as Atlantis Puz Partners. As y can see behind you they're are levels player1 takes to the to and player 2 go to the bottom. level player 2 Dguides player1 to the end and then you will swap around for the next part! Good luck
    • The first half of Episode 40, Cocoa Pixie, is one long CMOF. Upon realizing that the map doesn't have any cocoa beans, preventing them from making cookies, the two of them try to work in an In-Universe reason for how they would get them...key word being try. What follows is a elementary-school play quality scenario where a Creative Mode Fairy/Cocoa Pixie from Creativemodeland (and definitely not Sqaishey in a Dalek skin) arrives with the materials they need, complete with the two of them absolutely losing it every other second.
