  • The Title Sequence parodying James Bond title sequences with silhouettes of not only nude women swimming, but also remarkably obese women (with one farting) and... a scuba diver, a poodle, a baby, a saw, a menorah, an alarm clock and... huh? The Title Theme Tune is sung by none other than the spoof icon himself, "Weird Al" Yankovic.
    • Weird Al's head exploding at the end of a really long held note in the intro song.
  • When the director tries to start Rancor's video message, the picture isn't appearing on the screen because he has it on the wrong settings:
"You've got to put it on channel three."
    "No, four."
    "Switch it to VHS."
"And take it off of cable."
    "Put it on the monitor."
  • Dick Steele and Miss Cheevus's Double Entendre dialogue, obviously parodying James Bond and Moneypenny's Unresolved Sexual Tension:
Dick: Miss Cheevus, you wouldn't be trying to make things hard for me?
Cheevus: Oh, Dick, if only I could. But you know you and I would work so well together deep undercover.
Dick: You know the agency's rules about secrecy. They're very... rigid.
Cheevus: Yes, and we wouldn't want to blow it, would we?
Director: Why don't you two just get a motel room?
    • Many scenes later:
Cheevus: (over the intercom) I have Dick "Luscious Lips" Steele on the line.
  • Steve Bishop sneaks up on Dick, who turns around brandishing a golf club and screaming. Dick regains his composure when he realizes it's Steve.
Steve: We go back a long way, huh?
    Dick: Yeah...
(Dick flashes back to just seconds ago when he turned around and screamed)
  • As mentioned on the main page, the parody of Feet-First Introduction when Dick first meets Agent 3.14 and the camera pans up what you think is her legs... except it's just a giant legs statue in the background.
  • "We don't have time for flashbacks."
  • Dick is given a photo of Desiree Moore, an assassin that's tailing him. Said photo is Desiree lying on a bed in a sexy white dress. When he goes to her hotel room, she's lying in the exact same pose and dress as the photo.
Dick: Ah, sure looked like her. But you can't be too sure. (holds photo and real Desiree side by side) Yeah, almost positive.
  • Kabul's repeated "In my country, we have a saying", is subverted by Dick towards the end when they reach Rancor's base:
Dick: In my country, when you hear the words "Stay in the boat", you stay in the boat!
    • "The man who rides a camel is rich, but the man who drives a Ferrari can get lucky."
  • When WD-40 is testing a pair of X-Ray Vision See-Thru Specs, he catches a fat man wearing lingerie underneath spoofing the Power Perversion Potential trope.
  • The whole final battle see-saws between this and Moment of Awesome. Highlights include:
    • Agent Steele being tied up from the waist up and stuck sitting on his butt for most of the fight, scooting around on his backside to get away from the Big Bad 's minions until he can get back on his feet.
    • Hulk Hogan stepping in out of nowhere to get into a Brawler Lock with a Giant Mook who was about to kill Steele.
      • And then having to tag out so Joyce Brothers, of all people, can finish the bad guy!
Joyce Brothers: (While choking out the Giant Mook) You are very immature. Bullies tend to lack self-esteem.
    • Cheevus engaging in a few wimpy slaps against another mook (complete with squeaky-toy sound effects) before suddenly hauling off and nailing the guy with a Megaton Punch that sends him flying back into a stack of barrels.
    • General Rancor really not faring that much better than Dick Steele due to losing one of his mechanical arms during the initial explosion, then having the other fall off right as he was about to swing an axe!
General Rancor: (Running away from a pursuing Steele) Leave me alone! I'm an unarmed man!
