  • Smith fatally stabs a guy through the throat with a carrot and dryly tells him, "Eat your vegetables." You pressed the play button less than two minutes ago.
  • Smith conks one of the mooks by shooting the back of a filing cabinet and smashes it into his head. Even Oliver seems to find it amusing. It's made funnier by the music stopping for a second.
  • Also, Hertz' failed baby-snipe attempt, which contains an Actor Allusion.
    Hertz: [deadpan] Fuck me sideways.
    • Hertz in general is loaded with hilarious lines, partly due to Giamatti's unrelenting hammy performance.
Hertz: [After Smith has just wiped out a significant task force, including dozens of mooks running up the stairwell in a matter of seconds] My god, do we really suck, or is this guy really that good?!
  • The rooftop shoot-out ends with the letters of a large glowing sign being shot out by Mr. Smith to spell "Fuck You."note  Then an annoyed Hertz shoots out the last word of the sign to read "Fuck You Too." Priceless.
  • The "tit-for-tat" limerick/monologue.
  • Smith's version of his Multiple-Choice Past:
DQ: Why can't we just go to the police?
Smith: I can't go to the police.
    DQ: Why not?
    Smith: Cause I'm the Unabomber.
    DQ: They caught the Unabomber.
    Smith: That's what they think.
  • Hertz' Freak Out when he sees the baby he ran over was a decoy.
  • After a mook jams Smith's Berserk Button (by slurping coffee), Smith takes him down quietly and ties him and gags him with duct tape...and then settles into his seat, pointedly slurping the man's coffee in the same way to show him how annoying it is.
  • Smith jams a carrot into the trigger guard of an MP-5 and lobs it over some crates to drive the Mooks to cover.
  • Smith “disciplines” a mother who is spanking her son for misbehaving at the museum...by spanking her. The kid laughs as his mother is being publicly humiliated by Smith. Just as Smith finishes, a security guard tries to intervene, only to get knocked out by the former.
  • Somewhat meta, but on IMFDB (Internet Movie Firearms Database) Smith's Hand is listed as a separate firearm, with typical arguments over unrealistic portrayal of capacity/loading/etc. which are common to the site.
