• Brian Cox stumbling upon the chimps at a "town hall" planning session, whereupon they promptly disperse.
• It's pretty hard to take Tom Felton seriously at all during the whole film.
  • "IF YOU DIDN'T TAKE MY COOKIES, WHO DID?!"
  • Especially when he delivers Charlton Heston's famous line...
• Caesar subjugating the still-unintelligent Rocket by whacking him with an oil can. Buck the gorilla acting as his enforcer only adds to it.
• "Why cookie Rocket?"
  • "Apes stupid." It's the impeccable timing, really (and achieved with no actual talking, no less!)
• A behind-the-scenes moment of funny: "I got a cookie for ya... I got a cookie for ya..."
