Even a prequel to the classic horror has its moments.
- Generally, the characters' dialogues and inflections seem to invoke the So Bad, It's Good Narm Charm the series is known for. Which is funny when you consider the fact that this game was made after the first game's remake.
- The game's main villain is so over the top that you'd forget you're playing a Resident Evil game and not a Final Fantasy one.
- Trying to play the piano as Rebecca has her trying and failing to play, and slams her hands on the keys.
- There's also something slightly amusing about Billy, a battle-hardened Marine, knowing how to play the piano like a trained classical musician.
- Rebecca, after all she and Billy have been through, asks him if it's true that he killed Twenty-Three people in the most hilariously worded way.Rebecca: "Billy, I just need to know. Did you kill twenty-three people? I'm not going to judge you, but..."
