Prep & Landing

• Wayne’s conversation with a pair of coal elves before he reaches Magee's office.
• When Wayne assumes that he's getting promoted to Director of Naughty List Intelligence, he buys a new snowmobile reserved for the position. When Magee tells him he didn't get the promotion, this happens:
  Wayne: So... no parking sticker? (cut to the snowmobile being towed away)
• The needles on Magee's small tree falling off in the background after she pours her eggnog latte into it.
• Soon after Magee tells Wayne that Lanny graduated at the top of his class, they notice him having trouble opening the door to her office.
  Magee: It was a small class.
• Lanny meeting Thrasher for the first time.
• This line from Wayne in response to Lanny's nonstop talking as they're about to go on their mission:
  Wayne: Does the phrase "Silent Night" mean anything to you?
• The reindeer getting revved up.
• Wayne being lazy. He even boldly tells the Santa cookie that he's being naughty.
• Lanny accidentally trimming off a large portion of the Christmas tree. On being asked for advice, a lazy Wayne tells Lanny to just go with his gut, and Lanny turns the tree enough so that what happened isn't noticeable.
• Timmy discovers how small Wayne is, leading to this exchange:
  Timmy: Are you a baby elf?
  Wayne: No, I'm not a baby! I have a pension!
• Magee tries to get into contact with the reindeer:
  Magee: Eight Maids a Milking! Come in, Eight Maids a Milking!
  Dasher: (to himself) I really hate that call sign.
• As Wayne and Lanny carry a sleeping Timmy into his room, Lanny accidentally bumps Timmy's head against the doorway. Thankfully, Timmy's too fast asleep to notice.
• As Wayne and Lanny ski their way across rooftops to the Christmas display they need to signal Santa to reach Timmy's house, the latter crashes into a snowman. Luckily, it was near the display.
• When Dancer asks how Santa and the reindeer will make it through the storm, Dasher says they will by laughing all the way, prompting forced laughter from Dancer.
• Lanny getting hit by his own grappling hook after he falls in the snow.
• Soon after keeping Santa's sleigh from falling off the roof of Timmy's house, Lanny's parachute retracts back into his hat and he and Wayne fall back onto the roof. And before that, Dancer looked like he was gonna barf.
• Lanny's delight at getting a fruitcake from Magee- the same one Wayne gave her the previous day.

Operation: Secret Santa

• Magee tells Wayne that if anything happens to him and Lanny, she gets Wayne's snowmobile.
  • Later at the end, after the duo accomplish their secret mission, Magee expresses her disappointment at not getting the snowmobile.
• Before sneaking into Santa's office, Wayne tells Lanny to put his worries in his hat. Then while in the office, Lanny imagines himself and Wayne getting caught by Santa, and when Wayne gets Lanny's attention, there's this gem:
  Lanny: (nervously) I think my hat is leaking...
• Mrs. Claus testing her mic, and loud feedback goes off, making Wayne and Lanny wince.
• Mrs. Claus telling Wayne and Lanny about the nutcracker doll she used to trip on.
  Mrs. Claus: They should've called it the hipcracker.

Naughty Vs Nice

• Lanny getting hit by the automatic doors of the snowmobile store.
• Noel's first scene.
• When Noel calls Thrasher "Bambi", one can't help but laugh to that.
• At Christmas Carol's, an old coal elf keeps calling Wayne "Dwayne". When Wayne and Noel are named Elves of the Year at the end, Wayne's name is spelled as "Dwayne", and on noticing this, the old elf thinks he was right.
• Lanny mistakes Carol for a male until he sees her name and phone number on the card she gives him, much to his embarrassment.
• Noel recounting his and Wayne's childhood. And teaching Lanny how to say "Jingle BAM!" before that.
• After Thrasher reaches the drop zone, Noel jumps out of the sleigh without a parachute, and is followed by Wayne (who gives his chute-contained hat to Lanny before jumping out). Noel safely falls onto the roof. Wayne isn't so lucky, crashing onto a car and setting off the alarm.
• This exchange after entering Grace's house:
  Noel: We're in the belly of the beast, my friend. One of us might die. Probably gonna be you.
  Lanny: What?!
• This gem after Wayne says that stealth is his middle name:
  Lanny: (whispering to Noel) I thought it was Francis. (Noel nods.)
• The booby trap scene.
• When Lanny enters JINGLESMELL1337's room and gets ready to throw the sparkle bomb, he turns her chair and the mask falls onto the floor, revealing that the hacker isn't there. At this, Lanny freaks out, thinking he killed her, and then the sparkle bomb goes off on him.
• Lanny being intoxicated from the sparkle bomb.
