Considering that this is a crossover with RWBY and My Hero Academia, there are plenty of moments guaranteed to make one laugh.

  • Chapter 1:
    • During Rescue Training, Izuku and Ochako play the role of trapped civilians with Izuku acting as Ochako’s grandfather. Specifically, the card that had his role on it said, “Senile Grandpa”. When Shoto and Mineta rescue them, Izuku decides to take a page out of Gran Torino’s book and screws around with his classmates, all the while Ochako is struggling to hold in her laughs and not break character.
Aizawa: Problem Child... why did you feel the need to go so far with your performance that half the students from the teams in charge of rescue are pulling their hair out?
    • Later during training, Aizawa has Bakugo play the role of an unconscious civilian with a concussion... that has to be saved by Izuku and his team. When Izuku and Ochako find him, they can see his face twitching in annoyance.
    • When Class A meets Gale, she shows that she made drawings of all of them, and calls them by nicknames. She calls Izuku ‘Mr. Super-Strong-Bunny-Man’, and Aizawa ‘Mr. Grumpy Cloud’, the latter causing everybody, even Bakugo, struggling to not laugh. There’s also ‘Best Frog’ for Tsuyu, ‘Handy-Man’ for Shoji, and ‘Sticky-Boy’ for Mineta. But the best one comes when she reveals that her nickname for Bakugo is ‘King Explosion Murder’, a.k.a. the Hero name he originally wanted, but was rejected. Bakugo’s response?
      Bakugo: VINDICATION!
    • Ochako sees a drawing from Gale that looks like her, and Gale says that she’s ‘Miss Pink Cheeks, Super-Strong-Bunny-Man’s (Izuku) girlfriend!’ Ashido looks at the two embarrassed students with a smug smile while Bakugo actually considers adopting Gale.
    • During the early moments of the fight with the Grimm, Bakugo and Shoto take a brief moment to compare the number of Grimm they’ve killed, with Shoto having 15 and Bakugo taking down 23.
    • The preview for the next chapter has Present Mic and Port fighting over who does the narration, leading to Izuku and Ruby taking over for the rest of it. When they both yell, “PLUS ULTRA!” to close out the preview, Mic and Port both blame each other for missing it.
  • Chapter 2
    • How do Team RWBY make their big entrance to help Class A? By riding on the back of a Nevermore, much to Weiss’s displeasure.
Weiss: I can’t believe I let you talk me into doing this… again!
Blake: It’s a little late to be complaining, don’t you think?
    • After seeing Nora use Magnhild in grenade-launcher mode, Bakugo immediately states that he wants one like it.
Bakugo: First chance I get when we get back to UA, I’m getting that crazy girl with the pink dreadlocks to make me something like what they have!
  • Chapter 3:
    • While most of Class A is understandably shocked over learning that they’ve been transported to another world, there’s a chuckle-worthy moment of Kaminari wondering for a moment if they’re an Isekai.
    • When a janitor interrupts Jaune and Pyrrha talking in a closet, he tells them that he doesn't care about what they do as long as they clean up any mess they make.
    • During Class A’s first formal meeting with Teams RWBY and JNPR, Nora takes notice of Tenya’s habit of chopping his arms around and begins imitating him.
    • During Izuku and Ochako’s explanation of why the former lets the latter call him "Deku", Ochako mentions that she thought it sounded cute, prompting Nora to instantly tease her on possibly having a crush on Izuku, with Ashido not far behind. Both embarrassed teens are described as having faces redder than Ruby’s cloak.
    • To no one’s surprise, Mineta’s first question to the Huntsmen teams is if any of the girls are single. Tsuyu promptly smacks him with her tongue.
    • Kaminari’s attempts to introduce himself are interrupted by Nora calling him 'Battery-Boy' due to his Quirk, and then asking him to become her sidekick. Kyoka can barely hold in her laughter.
Nora: Yes, Grimm and bandits beware! Pray for mercy from Thunder-Thighs and Battery-Boy! Ahahahaha!
    • All Might’s entrance has him in his muscle-form before immediately deflating to his skeletal appearance, much to RWBY and JNPR’s shock and confusion. All Might explains that his ability to go muscular is similar to a muscle-flex. Weiss is left trying to make sense of how that’s possible, while Nora attempts to do what All Might did, with little success.
    • During Ozpin and Glynda’s explanations of Semblances and Auras, the Headmaster mentions how some Semblances can emerge from a specific trigger or incident. Nora brings up hers as an example, telling how she got struck by lightning and didn’t die on what she calls a ‘Crazy Thursday’. Everyone in Class A thinks this together after hearing her.
Class A Students: Somehow, after only knowing her for less than a day, that makes total sense.
    • During the preview for the next chapter, Tenya is completely outraged by the possibility of some of Class A’s dorms being occupied by both boys and girls, and Aizawa and All Might agreeing to it, much to Weiss’s annoyance.
  • Chapter 4:
    • During Izuku’s first video diary entry, Ruby sneaks up behind him for the old “finger bunny-ears” routine to Tsu and Ochako’s amusement.
    • To help Class A adjust to Remnant, RWBY and JNPR buy them supplies such as clothes, books, and Scrolls. Izuku, being who he is, asks for five notebooks so he can take notes, which Ochako teases him about.
    • Gale gives off more nicknames for Class A’s students. For Kirishima, there’s 'Crying-Rock', Shoto is 'Icy-Hot', an embarrassed Kaminari is called 'Battery-Boy', Ojiro is 'Mega-Tail', and Jiro is 'Songbird'.
    • One of Gale’s drawings is of Jaune helping Momo up, complete with hearts. Mina, being Mina, wonders if Momo has a crush on him, and sees both of them blushing, while Pyrrha has a strained smile through it all. The pink girl can only have a trollish grin in response.
    • Ruby and Jaune point out what most fans think about Mineta’s costume: He may want it to be like a bowl of grapes, but it looks like he’s wearing a diaper. Mineta can only slump in sadness.
    • Several funny hijinks occur during the flight to Beacon. These include Jaune’s motion sickness, Yang and Kaminari bonding over puns, and Sero turning Mineta into a tape mummy after the pervert suggests visiting Team RWBY’s dorms.
    • Upon arriving at Beacon, Ruby is tasked by Glynda with giving Class 1-A a tour, and she starts by showing off where she had her first meeting with Weiss, or as she calls it, "the very spot she exploded", which only serves to confuse everyone.
    • After Ruby explains how Beacon’s initiation went, Aizawa and All Might agree to not bring this up to Nezu, who would undoubtedly use something like that to scare the children.
    • When Tenya points out that some of the students’ dorms may be co-ed as per Beacon’s tradition, Mineta fantasizes himself in a pillow fight with the girls, and Izuku and Ochako are left flustered at the thought of seeing each other in towels by accident.
    • The Class A students being put into teams and getting their names has some highlights.
      • Izuku and Ochako are both anxious over being on the same team and sharing a room together, and try not to show it.
      • Bakugo is annoyed over his team's name being something lame like BEAS (Bees), and gets more annoyed when Shoto’s team gets the name STRM (Storm).
      • Aoyama is left disheartened at his team being called MMAT (a reference to Matte paintings), finding it not dazzling.
      • Mineta, being Mineta, is annoyed that he’s not on a team with any of the girls.
      • After Shoji, Kyoka, Koda, and Kaminari become Team MJKK, Kaminari has an imagine spot where they have a team introduction like the Wild, Wild Pussycats, complete with matching magician’s outfits. Nearly everybody is left baffled by his idea, with Bakugo accusing him of ripping off Team Rocket, and Jiro being grateful that the fantasy didn’t have her in fishnets.
  • Chapter 5
    • Mixed with awesome, but Mineta’s fight with Cardin ends up being a Curb-Stomp Battle... in Mineta’s favor.
    • Kaminari making fun of the Swiss Army Weapons in the RWBY universe, saying that 80% of all melee weapons are also guns.
    • While Aizawa is overlooking Combat Classes with Glynda, All Might sits in on one of Port’s classes to get a better idea of Beacon’s teaching methods, and find himself sweat-dropping over the professor’s many tales about himself. Later when Port asks for his thoughts on the lecture, the retired pro is left wondering where to begin.
    • During the 1-A girls’ night at RWBY’s dorms, Tsuyu notes the possibility of Shoto, Ashido, and Bakugo possibly having an advantage against Pyrrha in a fight, with Ashido in particular using her acid to melt the weapons. This comment causes Team RWBY to sweat nervously at the thought of their weapons being melted, with Ruby going into a BSOD for a long while, ignoring the rest of the girls talking about Bakugo until Kyoka snaps her out of it.
Ruby: You can't melt Crescent Rose! She's my baby!
    • Later during girls’ night, Ashido and Hagakure get a hold of one of Blake’s books, ‘Ninjas of Love’. The two girls are immediately enthralled by the book, with Ashido seeing it as something that Midnight would read in private. Then when they come across a pull-out poster, Hakagure has only one thing to say.
    • Mei Hatsume shows up to do the preview for the next episode, with Izuku actually noting that she doesn’t appear at all this season. She and Ruby immediately hit it off with their love of making weapons and support items.
  • Chapter 6:
    • After learning about Mineta being a pervert, Team JNPR decide to come up with ideas for responding to catching him in their dorm. Said training includes Jaune throwing balls at a Velcro-wearing Ren, tossing pillows at Nora, and attempting to jump on Pyrrha. They even record the sessions and send them to 1-A, who show them to Mineta as a warning.
    • Yang and Nora teasing Weiss over possibly having a crush on Shoto.
  • Chapter 7:
    • Due to Bakugo’s habit of nicknaming people, Nora (who he calls "Crazy-Hammer") decides to give him a taste of his own medicine by calling him "McBoomy-XplodesALot".
    • When introducing himself to Class 1-A, Taiyang promises that he won’t pull the 'Embarrassing-Dad' routine on Ruby and Yang, though he is tempted to do so.
    • When Izuku is asking if he should ditch his hood as the two flaps made to look like All Might’s hair resemble bunny ears more, and may cause confusion for Faunus, he puts it on to show Coco. Fox, who’s part of the group and can’t see because of his blindness, asks how bad it is. Coco says it’s on par with a pair of socks he bought in their first year. One can only imagine how bad those socks were to have Coco make that remark.
    • After being quiet throughout most of Team MOAT’s patrol with him and Coco, Fox finally speaks, shocking the 1-A students and nearly making Coco break out laughing.
    • During Team RWBY and JNPR’s discussion about Class 1-A and their teachers in a flashback, Jaune remarks that Aizawa is what Oobleck would be if he slowed down and didn’t drink coffee, while Weiss remarks that All Might is like how Port would be, just without a mustache.
  • Chapter 8:
    • While Ruby is explaining current tensions between Weiss and Blake to Tsuyu, she states her hopes that something will happen soon that will allow them to bury the battle-axe, prompting this exchange.
Tsuyu: Ribbit. Don’t you mean, 'burying the hatchet?'
Ruby: Nah. With how things stand at the moment, I’m more inclined to go with a battle-axe over a small hatchet.
    • During the flight down to Vale City, Shoto asks Weiss if they could talk in private later, with the latter accepting the offer. Mineta ends up thinking that they’re going on a date, prompting Weiss to give him the stink-eye and Shoto looking bemused. Yang ends up teasing Weiss over it, and Blake and Tsuyu agree that it sounded like Shoto was asking her out.
    • As tensions rise between Teams RWBY and MOAT over Weiss’s views on the White Fang, Yang tries to settle things by showing that they reached the docks, where they don’t have to worry about law-breaking individuals, Faunus or otherwise. Cue Sun running from the authorities for stowing away on a boat.
      Yang: Sonofabitch! Really?!
    • Both Tokoyami and Tsuyu being completely surprised by Sun’s full name being Sun Wukong. This becomes a Running Gag as he's presented to the other 1-A students, and Sun ends up lampshading the reactions.
    • When Yang asks if Penny seemed weird, Ochako states that she’s certainly met weirder. Izuku can hardly argue with her on that.
    • As things are becoming more tense between Weiss and Blake, culminating in Ochako slapping Weiss, Ruby is praying for anyone to intervene. Cue Tsuyu showing up with Tokoyami and Sun, asking why Weiss is floating in the air. Ruby’s thoughts really add some levity.
Ruby: Praise be to Froppy! Erect temples in her name!
    • Sun describing Aizawa as "the homeless looking dude".
  • Chapter 9:
    • Sun is the next to ask All Might how he bulks up after seeing it happen in person, and he gets the "muscle-flex" answer. Sun can only note how Neptune will need to up his game once he gets to Beacon.
  • Chapter 10:
    • During a flashback when the 1-A students are talking about their ultimate moves with the Huntsmen teams, Nora says that they inspired her to come with some herself, with names like Whack-a-Mole Marathon and Pink Cyclone, which Ren says are names she had been thinking about since leaving the hospital.
    • After Tenya voices his opinions on the matter of the 1-A students not yelling out the names of their ultimate moves, Nora starts looking over him like a nurse. The reason why? Because when Tenya was talking, he wasn’t doing his karate-chop hand gestures.
    • The opening moments of the dock fight has Torchwick and Aizawa fighting each other, with the former showing some irritation towards the latter. It’s funny when one remembers that Christopher Wehkamp has voiced both of them.
    • Finding herself facing three White Fang grunts at once that are tougher than most, Yang decides to trash-talk, making them stop long enough for Kaminari and Jiro to come help her.
Yang: I’ve fought underlings before, and while it isn’t like, an absolute rule or anything, they always seem to have some kind of gimmick or natural order. Like, if I had to guess, off the top of my head, you’re the smart pretty one...(winks at the female member, who actually blushes) The chainsaw dude has some kind of weird, freaky stuff going on...(said grunt revs up chainsaw) And Hammers there, he’s the big, tough, stupid one!
Hammers: You’re going to regret that Huntress, when I smash your skull to paste.
Yang: You’re right, sorry! You’re clearly not tough. My bad.
Kaminari: Love the fight banter! Four star rating in my book!
    • After a concussed Kaminari calls Jiro pretty and causes her to blush furiously, she immediately decides to never let Mina know about this.
  • Chapter 11:
    • During the fallout from the fight, Bakugo is unsurprisingly upset over Izuku being the first to get his Semblance unlocked before anyone else.
    • After Roman, Adam and Neo retreat back to Cinder, Adam is left fuming and destroying the room he’s in over the fight while Cinder and Roman decide to ignore the tantrum and talk business.
    • At the beginning of the chapter, Team JNPR comes to the landing pads to check on things, only to find out that Team RSTR left the place to go buy snacks. At the end of the chapter, the narration returns to them... as they return to the pads only to see that the other teams left without them, prompting the arrival of a crossed Goodwitch.
  • Chapter 12:
    • All Might coughs blood when Bakugo mentions how Shoto thought that Izuku was his secret love child.
    • Rikido decides to make some sweets to cheer everyone up. Then Nora gets involved, acting like a drill sergeant, and things get intense.
      • When Nora offers her assistance to Sato in baking sweets for everyone, she brings up an incident where Weiss tried to help Ruby make a cake and caused the entire kitchen to burst into flames just by adjusting the dial on the oven.
      • Rikido had originally envisioned a three tiered cake and cookies on the side. With Nora Valkyrie's "help?" The result is a massive six tiered cake decorated with strawberries and frosting depicting both UA and Beacon, rainbow cookies, mochi, chocolate truffles and pancakes with syrup. Kaminari wonders when the pancakes were made, though, and Jirou questions where they are... Cue a burp from Nora.
    • Bakugo refers to Adam as a “Stain-Wannabe”, and his Semblance as a Getsuga Tenshou.
    • During All Might’s explanation of One for All being passed on forcefully, Ruby pictures herself forcing a weapon she made and yelling at him to take it before running off.
    • Jaune swears that if anyone ever gives Izuku grief over his past and current problems, he’ll challenge Bakugo to a fight wearing a dress. Nora is left wondering if Jaune was talking about himself or Bakugo, or both of them.
    • Ashido is elated that Gale calls her “Alien Queen”, which was the Hero name she originally wanted, but had rejected by Midnight due to it being too scary. When she notes that not all aliens are scary, Jaune notes that it depends on the type of alien, bringing up an alien movie his sisters made him watch one time that gave him a week’s worth of nightmares.
      Jaune: PG rating, my foot.
    • As Izuku gets ready for his Semblance training, Ruby begins cheering loudly for him and gets on Weiss for not cheering loud enough, much to Taiyang’s embarrassment.
    • Mina deliberately making it so that Momo and Jaune are sitting next to each other when observing Izuku’s training, leaving Momo a blushing mess.
    • Ojiro is bemused when Sun tells him about Neptune being afraid of water, with Shoji noting that irony of it as Neptune’s namesake is an ancient god of the seas. Sun notes that his partner will likely whine about the unfairness of it.
    • Kaminari deciding to duck out of the arm-wrestling match between Nora and Kirishima, primarily out of worry that the former will use him as her personal power supply again.
    • The end credits have several scenes with Bakugo.
      • Chasing after Kaminari for stealing his bacon.
      • Trying out his weapon, an autocannon/hammer called Lord Murder, on some old cars while laughing crazy. Izuku is left terrified by the demonstration while Ruby is left in awe by the weapon, and Momo is wondering how he managed to put it all together.
      • Scaring some punks in an alleyway with Wyndglade, both grinning demonically as they get ready for a fight.
  • Chapter 13:
    • Weiss wonders why Team RWBY now has sets of gym uniforms, and Ruby teases her by saying Weiss is only upset because she'll have to wear trainers.
Weiss: When you can actually walk down the hall in heels without tripping, then you can tease me.
    • Ruby asks how bad can it be. Answer Cut to Aizawa telling Ruby to put Crescent Rose back into the locker.
Ruby looked absolutely dismayed as she clung to her beloved Crescent Rose in compact form. To those watching, it looked like Aizawa was trying to take away her most precious child.
    • When Aizawa tells Jaune to take off his armor, Iida offers to help him. Cue the girls Eating the Eye Candy (with Pyrrha and Yaoyorozu looking away while blushing) and Mineta complaining about the Double Standard.
    • Aizawa calls the physical test he's doing for Beacon's students "Aura Ability Assessment Test". Kaminari, Sero, Sato, Mineta, and Jirou wonder if Aizawa did it so it would be like a triple A battery.
    • When Cardin throws in a casual racist insult while deriding the need for the test, Aizawa warns him that he'll be kicked out of Beacon if he keeps doing it, and then challenges him and his team to a spar, offering a change to skip the test if they win. 1-A and Teams RWBY and JNPR see it for the Schmuck Bait it is and wonder if Team CRDL are that stupid to fall for it. They are. Cue Curb-Stomp Battle.
      • Meanwhile, Velvet picks up Anesidora so she can get photos of the utter humiliation CRDL suffers.
      • When Lark tries to Screw This, I'm Outta Here, Aizawa just uses his scarf to pull him back into the massacre.
      • Even Emerald and Mercury have a little bet on whether CRDL would take the bait. Mercury loses ten Lien.
Mercury: You’d have to be stupid enough to think an Ursa standing up and spreading its paws wants a hug to fall for that.
    • Nora naturally grabs Kaminari to give her a charge. Kaminari complains about it - he's already being used as a phone and scroll charger by his classmates!
      • When Iida begins to complain, Wyndgale points out that Aizawa isn't objecting, so it's alright. Iida is left in Stunned Silence as he keeps chopping the air.
    • After the obstacle course, which ends with everyone covered in mud, Aoyama sees Ojiro helping Hagakure and complains about so many of his classmates being Oblivious to Love... and posing, even though no one's looking at him. Save for Ren, who wonders how the hell is Aoyama sparkling.
    • At the Omake, Dark Shadow makes a pun about Ochako making "light work" of creating her own martial arts system. Tokoyami laments that his Quirk has been infected by Kaminari and Yang.
  • Chapter 14:
    • Ruby mentions having a project to give her team secondary weapons.
Ruby: Let's call it something meant to further unify us as the team we are. Sisters. Friends. Weiss.
    • The students see Mineta talking with Emerald. While Bakugo is angry that Mineta either ignored or never learned about his warning, Mina notes that the surprising thing is that Emerald hasn't kicked him away yet.
      • When they realize that Mineta is actually becoming uncomfortable, they decide to run a distraction. Cue Ochako using Zero Gravity on Aoyama, who reveals he's wearing a glitter-ball T-shirt underneath his uniform and flying off with his Navel Laser.
      • Meanwhile, Mineta realizes that Emerald is just pumping him for information on 1-A, and mentally begs for someone's intervention. When Emerald points out his change of expression, he claims to be having a flashback, asking if people in Remnant don't have those and saying Izuku and Shoto have them on the regular.
      • Ironwood decides to have a quick check on 1-A's students. When he sees Aoyama flying, he decides to save the check for when they are actually in class.
      • This incident causes Gale to call Aoyama "Captain Sparkle-Sparkle". Goodwitch fails to hide her amusement.
    • When they discover Sato's Semblance, Mineta cheers him on for being the first member of Team STRM to unlock his, and say that they're beating Bakugo. Iida chides him, complete with arm chops, for turning it into a competition, and Mina tells him that he should be careful not to say that where Bakugo could hear him.
    • Mineta and Penny are the ones doing the "Next Time In" outro, with Penny adding her quirks into it.
      Mineta: Let’s Go Beyond!
      Penny: Activating GoBeyond.EXE: Plus… ULTRA!
      Mineta: Huh… That’s a new one.
  • Chapter 15:
    • Weiss pulls Midoriya aside for a brief discussion about Todoroki's past and gets briefly sidetracked upon hearing how Midoriya repeatedly broke his fingers in their fight at the Sports Festival.
Weiss: (Facepalm) Damn it All Might… you really couldn’t teach him better before this?
      • At the end of their talk, Weiss resolves to help Todoroki. Midoriya asks her how she intends to do so, receiving a dry answer of how she won't be breaking her bones.
    • When the spar between Weiss and Todoroki gets too exciting, Iida has Midoriya summon Banjo to slingshot him towards the latter in an effort to snap him out of it... forgetting that Aizawa is there, too. Banjo doesn't mind, though; he always wanted to try that move.
    • Ruby groans in pain after finishing her homework for Professor Peach, and Weiss offers to check. When Ruby teases Weiss over her crush on Shoto, Weiss points out that her homework has five spelling mistakes and a wrong conclusion, sending Ruby into a Heroic BSoD.
    • Bakugo becomes irked that not only did Sato get a Semblance before him, so did Shoto, and grumbles about being surpassed by his rivals - not knowing that Mineta also has a Semblance as well.
    • In the outro, Sero and Kaminari are seemingly exasperated by how Oblivious to Love Jaune is, only for Fox to point out how Sero is so shy to ask Blake out and Kaminari's own obliviousness regarding Jiro.
  • Chapter 16:
    • While Mulberry's busy giving Crocea Mors a little upgrade, he doesn't appreciate Jaune's way of "helping" him: peering over the teacher's shoulder and whispering "gently."
    • Ruby wants to meet Hatsume after hearing about her from Iida and Midoriya, prompting those two to panic.
Iida: Do not, I repeat, NOT introduce mecha-shifting tech to her! The last thing we need is that mad woman coming up with devices that further increase the potential for harm against the user!
    • The discovery of Momo's Semblance is commemorated with this quote:
    • Ozpin scolds Glynda playfully for "flirting" with Aizawa, even though they did nothing more than greet each other in their usual manner.
  • Chapter 17:
    • Koda discovers his semblance, which lets him create solid avatars of animals he's bonded with. The first one he creates is a six-foot tall Zwei. Ruby's reaction is all too easy to predict... as is Blake's.
Blake: (from the tallest tree she can climb) Congratulations Koda! I’m really happy for you. But could you now please remove the GIANT DOG that is looking at me!
  • Chapter 18:
    • Roman sneezing whenever someone mentions him, and Neo acting like a mother hen whenever it happens. By the third time it happens, he calls it quits and goes back home.
    • Sun's been lectured by Iida more than once on his casual-rule breaking, and it's mentioned that Weiss joined in once, even arm-chopping in solidarity with the glasses-wearing speedster.
    • At one point, Izuku went into Quirk/Semblance analysis mode on Sun, who promptly vamoosed.
    • When Sun says that he asked Aizawa if he could skip class and join in on the patrol, Mashiro is surprised that their teacher allowed it. Cut to Aizawa with a new sleeping bag Sun gave him as a gift... along with the note saying that he's joining the Team for the day. The teacher honestly can't tell if Sun is trying to bribe him, mock him, or if he just thinks that that's how that kind of thing works.
  • Chapter 19: For one thing, this chapter is loaded with jokes and references to Rooster Teeth.
    • Yang's come up with a nickname for Todoroki: "Snow Prince." Being his usual self, Todoroki doesn't pick up on the Ship Tease context and accepts it. Meanwhile, Weiss is silently contemplating murder.
    • Richie launches a Fire Dust grenade at Bakugo who knocks it back at him before it detonates. It blasts Richie back... and sets his pants on fire. The onlookers can't help but wince for the poor guy:
Kaminari: I have seen many, many things, since I joined the hero course, but of all the sights I have seen, or thought I would bear witness to, a man trying to put out a fire on his crotch was not one of them.
    • The outro has Ruby and Iida going full Large Ham, while Weiss ends up begging for them to stop.
  • Chapter 20:
    • Yang is back as a Pungeon Master.
      • Mineta uses his Pop-Off balls to surround Yang and Blake, a move he calls "Grape Vineyard"
Yang: Well, I guess there’s no point in ‘wine-ing’ about it!
Mineta: (laughing) That was terrible! Mind if I steal it to taunt villains?
        Yang: You certainly 'chado-may'!
Blake: That was bad, and you should feel bad. (to Mineta) And if you’re insistent on being cool, take this advice right now; don’t joke around!
Yang: Yeah, because a bad joke is a Pun-ishment all on its own!
Mineta: Could you wait until after the match! I need Midoriya with his notebook to get all this down!
    • After Shoto traps Ruby and Weiss with a wall of ice, Iida begins to get into "Hero" character and demands the "villains" to surrender - and Ruby promptly answers with her "villainous" speech, prompting everyone to look at them with blank faces - save for a few, like Izuku and Ochako, who are struggling not to break down laughing.

Paragons of Chibi, Part 1

  • The first segment is titled, How it all Began, and it details how the RWBY cast ended up in UA.
    • How did they end up there? Ruby found a big red button labeled “PLOT CONVENIENCE” right by a lampshade. Against Weiss’s argument, Ruby pushes the button, and like that, Teams RWBY, JNPR, CFVY, SSSN, the Beacon Staff, Taiyang, Qrow, Zwei, and even the Shopkeeper all end up being teleported right into Nezu’s office in a big pile (except for Neptune who crashes into a wall).
    • And then Nezu reveals that he was expecting their arrival, having received an email from “Professor P. Convenience."
    • Meanwhile, Cinder ends up at the League of Villains’ hideout with Emerald, Mercury, Roman, Neo and even the two Beowolves Marty and Larry. Initially starting with an awesome moment for Shigaraki who refuses to be intimidated by Cinder, even calling her out on her fragile ego, the whole thing soon turns into a bickering match over whose plans are eviler/more nefarious, while the rest of the two groups decide to just have coffee.
    • The League actually has a framed picture of the USJ Nomu in their hideout, with Toga calling him “Beaky-Chan”, who Marty and Larry mourn for after learning that he was beaten by All Might, yet another super strong blond with bad puns. Meanwhile, said Nomu complains that he's still there from Tartarus.
  • Ex-Couples Therapy: The premise for this is Nezu decides to sit down with Ozpin and Salem so they can settle their relationship issues without waging war. It starts off well with the two telling what they like about each other...and then a few minutes later they start arguing, having this exchange.
Salem: He gets to visit the kids every time he dies. It’s not fair!
Ozpin: Even if you could die you would not get visitation rights, since my last death was so painful.
Salem: We had something real, unlike that mission you were given by the gods, do you really think humanity can be united?
Ozpin: At least I am doing something with my life other than laying around the evil lair all day petting the Beowolf while your underlings do all the heavy lifting.
Salem: You take that back! I do more than just pet Mr. Fluffles all day. Where do you think these evil plans come from, you reincarnated hack!
    • As this happens, All Might and Qrow watch everything, with the latter shuddering as he remembered a lecture he once got from Midnight after he got into a fight with Raven and Yang in her office.
  • Pillow War: Hearing that girls in Class 1-A are about to have a pillow fight with Team RWBY, Pyrrha and Nora, Kaminari and Mineta rush to tell Ren, Sun and Neptune, but none of them are excited, because in their words, how Team RWBY does pillow fights is not cute, and sullies the name of ‘Pillow Fight’. The three proceed to take them to Heights Alliance, where they see that the girls have turned the entire common area into a war zone, with sofas acting as trenches and barricades.
    • In a callback to the food fight from Volume 2, Ruby loudly declares that justice will be swift, painful, and extra fluffy!
    • The entire pillow fight is both funny and awesome.
      • Ruby and Yang somehow shooting pillows from their weapons, much to Kaminari’s confusion.
      • Nora charges in with pillows tied to Magnhild, prepared to finish off Momo with the vow of “No surrender, no retreat!”, only to be stopped by Momo’s most powerful creation... a plush doll of Ren wearing a “Please, do NOTHING to the chef” apron. It distracts her long enough for Ochako to use her Quirk on her and send her up to the ceiling.
      • The pillow fight ultimately ends when Ochako uses her Quirk to bury Ruby and Pyrrha underneath a mountain of pillows, a mattress, and even Nora.
      • And throughout the fight, Penny is off in the distance playing music, first starting with Armed and Ready, and then ending it with the 1812 Overture.
    • After witnessing the pillow fight themselves, Mineta is annoyed that it wasn’t a sexy pillow fight as he imagined, while Kaminari is completely sold on the concept.
    • Right after the girls finish their pillow fight, Jaune and Izuku show up with Kirishima, Sero, Shoji and Ojiro, who have pillows, and Sato, who has a mattress. At first Kaminari and Mineta think that the boys are also going to have a UA vs Beacon pillow fight, and take note of how Class A has more boys than the Beacon students, only for Izuku to reveal that instead of facing each other, they’re all facing one guy together. That guy? Bakugo, who has pillows tied to his arms in place of his gauntlets.
      • Bakugo then proceeds to unleash a huge explosion that shoots feathers out of every window in Heights Alliance, and sends Mineta flying into the window of the teachers’ lounge.
      • Aizawa and Glynda simply take one look at Mineta before agreeing to ban pillow fights.
  • It was just a suggestion!: Much like she tried with Weiss in Super Besties, Ruby attempts Bedtime Brainwashing on Bakugo, telling him that he wants to be Izuku’s B.F.F. The explosive teen just hits her in the face with an explosion without waking up, saying he just wants to ride a pony that makes rainbow explosions.
  • Quirky RWBY: Team RWBY wonders what kind of Quirks they would have, and each one has imagine spots, all of them hilarious.
    • Ruby’s Quirk would be Cookie Monster, where her power increases every time she consumes cookies, similar to Sato’s Quirk.
    • Weiss would have Smol Weiss, which allows her to make seven childlike copies of herself with the same abilities.
    • Blake gets Solid Kanji, where she can think of any word, manifest it in Kanji, and apply its effects to any object or person.
    • Yang’s Quirk is Giantess, a Quirk that makes her grow gigantic. Mt. Lady immediately shows up and starts yelling at Yang for being a rip-off, which gets on Yang’s nerves.
      • Even better is every time the girls show off their Quirks, Present Mic does his introduction and description like he would in MHA proper, but when he gets to Yang, Mt. Lady cuts him off in anger.
    • Weiss displays her Quirk first when fighting Twice and Toga. Twice calls Weiss the Ice Queen and asks her to sing “Let it Go” at first, and after seeing her copies, his split personalities take over with one calling them cute, and the other calling them evil incarnate. Then when Toga asks if he could just make copies of her to counter it, he says that having even more cute terrors to deal with would make it better/worse.
    • After taking care of Torchwick and Neo, Ruby goes to help Tai, Qrow, Deku, Ochacho, Bakugo and Nora, who are fighting a Geist that has a taken over several vehicles to form a mecha, with one of the vehicles being a steamroller from Dio Construction. Deciding that she needs more power, she swipes Tai’s credit card and runs to the supermarket to buy more cookies. She proceeds to eat every cookie in the supermarket much to Tai and Qrow’s horror.
      • And then this exchange happens after the shopkeeper gives Tai a very long bill.
        Tai: It’s over NINE THOUSAND!
        Qrow: Yen, or cookies?
        Tai: YES!
      • After eating all the cookies, Ruby gets a massive sugar rush and annihilates the Geist Grimm with a huge burst from her silver eyes. Everybody is left in awe and fear at what they see, with Bakugo deciding that he’ll have what she’s having.
      • And then after killing the Geist, Ruby grabs Deku and begins pushing him at fast speeds right to Tartarus prison, where they crash into All for One’s cell, and ram him with the equivalent of what the narration describes as a runaway, supersonic, adamantium train.
    • Weiss attempts to use her copies to apprehend Emerald and Spinner, only for the copies to run off and be doted on by Jaune, Momo, Tsuyu and Pyrrha. They end up not listening to Weiss at all, and Emerald records the whole thing, posting it on InstaPic and Toc-Tic. Poor Weiss can only sulk as she lets Winter brush her hair to calm her down.
    • Yang and Mt. Lady’s argument breaks out into a Hero-on-Hero fight with Kamui Woods needing to call in for help. Blake immediately answers the call with Sero, Kaminari, Mineta, and Sun, and when they arrive, they see that the two giant heroines have decided to settle things with a dance-off, complete with Yui Kodai using her Quirk to enlarge an MP3 player and speakers, and the two dancers showing off their assets. Blake eventually gives up and begins recording the dance herself, getting a nosebleed from seeing the whole thing. Mineta ends up passing out from blood loss himself.
    • The ending has Team RWBY back in the real world agreeing that Quirks would be hard to deal with, though Yang boasts that she could beat Mt. Lady in a dance-off. Before an argument can break out between her and Weiss, the two of them and Ruby are quickly shut up when the kanji for “silence” is slapped over their mouths, courtesy of Blake and Solid Kanji.
Blake: Yours might be chaotic, but this one is a keeper.
