  • The first game:
    • The opening sequence with Pooka getting banged in the head with an anchor, followed by the stage clear music from Dig Dug as he is hoisted up.
    • In the secret Animated Outtakes.
Director: Come on, Pac-Man, this isn't your first Power Pellet!
    • The "Toc-Stomp" seems to be a fan favorite, though.
Toc-Man: Look, here I am! (stage light falls on his left foot) OWW! That thing almost killed me! Medic!
    • If you try to free a friend from a cage without having a key to unlock it, you'll get humorous remarks from said friends:
Pooka: You gonna just look at me or are you gonna open this cage?
Chomp-Chomp: Whimper! Whimper! Feed me and by the way get me out of here!
Ms. Pac-Man: You sure took your time! What are you waiting for? Let me out! Let me guess...no key?
    • When Pooka is freed, he says this:
Pooka: Thanks! When I get my hands on that Toc-Man...wait a second! I have no hands!
    • The Neander-Pacs are pre-historic Pac-Men that are stated to be cube-shaped because they're from an era before the Pac People evolved their well-rounded personalities.
  • With his newfound snarkiness, Pac-Man himself gets quite a few in the third game.
Pac-Man: Oh, no! It's a Huge, Immense Gigantic Bonus! I mean Bomb! It's a good job you didn't warn me about this, Orson — I'd have panicked!
    • This innuendo is also a fan favorite.
Orson: Uh-oh. I'm detecting a rise in energy in your sector, Pac-Man!
Pac-Man: Details of my sector's energy should be between me and Ms. Pac, thank you very much.
    • And another:
Pac-Man: Those things are scary! Can I go home?
Orson: Yes, they are! No, you can't.
      Pac-Man: Meanie.
    • Towards the end of the game, Orson transports Pac-Man to the final level of the game, Shadow Temple... except only Pac-Man's head gets teleported, plus his nose is missing, making him resemble his early 3D self from Pac-Mania.
Pac-Man: Great. Yep. Excellent start. Thank you...
    • Orson then immediately notes that Pac-Man not being fully teleported is due to a flaw in the "Iwatani Coil".
    • There's also this gem in the intro:
Pac-Man: At least this birthday is still better then my twentieth!
    • Erwin revealing the full monstrous extent of his Evil Plan:
Erwin: Try and die, Pac-Man, try and die! Your puny little brain couldn't possibly comprehend what I have in store for the world.
Pac-Man: (without missing a beat) Mass destruction, the closure of all chocolate factories, and the banning of kittens, perhaps?
Erwin: That's just Phase One! I've got more stuff waiting in the wings...!
