• In the cold open, during the nearly-traditional "heroes rescue people from a car crash on a bridge" sequence, an out-of-town truck driver named Gus has, well, the expected reaction when seeing his intended rescue personnel. Chase's professional demeanor really sells the moment.
  Gus: A dog?!
  Chase: Actually, sir, I'm a puppy.
  Gus: A baby dog! That's even worse!
  Chase: You're in shock, so I'm not gonna take that personally. Now let's get you out of here!
  Gus: No way! I'm waiting right here for a real rescue!
  (the truck suddenly shifts, startling Gus)
  Gus: I changed my mind! I'll go with you!
• Among the huge stack of luggage Rubble packed is a suitcase of nothing but dog treats. He shows it to the other pups during the trip and they instantly do what any dog would do: stuff themselves. The scene cuts to them collapsed, stomachs bloated as they groan in pain.
  • All the boy pups snore loudly after gorging on those dog biscuits, to Skye's annoyance. Her expression screams "I need more girlfriends." or "You've Gotta Be Kidding Me!".
• The pups' new headquarters in Adventure City comes complete with a "new and improved pup treat dispenser". Cue a golden spotlight on the device, accompanied by a one-voice Ethereal Choir— until the group shot pans across to reveal that the high note is coming from Rubble. Cue a look askance from all of the other pups.
  Rubble: What? It's a beautiful thing!
• Pictured above: Rubble mistakenly gets into Skye's cubby and subsequently ends up with her (ill-fitting) gear.
  • Even funnier when you realize Marshall once had to put on her gear to rescue a kitty (in the TV series that is). Seeing Rubble in that getup, makes one think that Marshall empathizes with him being in that situation.
• As a hurricane forms right beside him, the journalist Marty calmly reports the deadly weather forming to the rest of the city. May also double as a Moment of Awesome.
  • The wind rips off his toupee, which he also reports on. A few scenes later, the toupee smacks into Rubble's face... and we see later on that Rubble has put it on, and is upset when Marty takes it back.
    Rubble: The hair found me. (preens) It was my destiny.
• When the Patrol is heading out to save Adventure City from fireworks, Ryder starts his "PAW Patrol is on a roll!" Catchphrase only to trail off into "Are you kidding me?!" when they encounter a massive traffic jam. Liberty hops onto his vehicle and says she can fix it; she proceeds to rather sharply demand another motorist move aside and after he complies, informs Ryder that "you gotta know how to talk to people."
  • In the same scene:
  Rocky: (yelling at the blocked traffic) Green means go! GREEN MEANS GO!!! (to Marshall) Green does still mean "go" right?
• In the finale, Humdinger's cats show their support by flanking him and mirroring his serious expression, even as the storm throws them around.
• Humdinger is saved by Ryder manually dropping the elevator he's in. The poor guy screams the whole way down, and then the doors open and everyone in the atrium sees him doing so.
  • And his cats are clinging to him with comically wide eyes.
  • Even Ryder admits dropping Humdinger down the shaft to rescue his butt was pretty satisfying.
• Skye crashes her aircraft into the Cloud Catcher to destroy it and finally dispel the hurricane threatening Adventure City, restoring the pristine, clear skies. Once she touches down to join the other pups and they finish congratulating her on her success...
  Skye: I hope Ryder got insurance on my copter.
  (Cue the mangled copter crashing to the ground behind her. One PAW Patrol badge from it clinks to the ground in front of her and Rocky. Skye stares at it in dismay.)
  Rocky: ...That'll buff right out!
  (Skye shoots him an annoyed glare.)
• Skye using a wedgie drone to catch Humdinger is funny enough on its own but it gets even more hilarious because its very existence implies that either Rocky or Ryder built the thing for whatever reason.
