Huey used Uncle-Face!

• One asker on Tumblr questions if Mewtwo would be scared by a cucumber. Mew places a cucumber behind Mewtwo’s back, and Mewtwo’s reaction once he sees it is to unleash a massive blast of dark energy its way.
  • Similarly to her father, a cucumber is one of the very few things that can scare baby Pigment. The sight of one on the floor sends her fleeing first into Ash's hat, and then into her Da's arms.
    Mewtwo: (awkwardly patting Pig's back) Uh, there there.
    (Mewtwo looks over to Newtwo, who is eating the cucumber. She gives them a thumbs up.)
    Mewtwo: It can't hurt you anymore.
• When Mewtwo questions Ash on how many Legendary Pokémon he's met, Ash responds that "it really wasn't that many, not that many big ones that is." Cue Arceus looking in through the window and Ash closing the blinds without even turning to look.
• Mewtwo tells Mew that whether or not he is hungry is of no concern to them, despite his stomach growling loudly. Mew disappears offscreen, calls out to get Mewtwo's attention, and… launches a pie directly into his face.
• What does a Mewtwo sound like when using its vocal chords? Mewtwo is startled by the sound of Mew popping a balloon, leading to the brooding clone Pokémon giving a loud and, in the OVAS dub, high-piched "MEW!"
• Mewtwo is given the question on if there's a limit to how much a Mewtwo can spin before getting dizzy, and he decides to test the idea. ...On Newtwo.
• After hearing Mew’s explanation on how Mews reproduce asexually after being in the right condition and mindset while in the presence of a specific blooming flower, Newtwo explains her fears to a skeptical Mewtwo. His response?
  Mewtwo: Well if you were expecting, I don’t think we would be able to tell either way.
  (cut to one very-battered Mewtwo)
  Ash: You know, for such a smart Psychic Pokémon you can be really dumb, Mewtwo.
• After Huey is born, Mew celebrates by taking its hours-old grandchild across the universe to announce the first natural birth of a Mewtwo to their Legendary family. Meanwhile…
  Newtwo: (attacking Mewtwo) WHERE IS MY BABY?!?!
  • Later on when child-aged Huey is being asked about what he remembers from his infancy, this incident is brought up and Newtwo does some reminiscing of her own.
    Newtwo: I remember that as well. You remember that, right Mew? When you kidnapped an eight hour old infant for a day-trip without a word, (looms close behind Mew with a Death Glare) while leaving his first time mother to have a heart attack wondering where on earth she could have lost her newborn in that short amount of time? Ringing any bells?
    Mew: (awkwardly avoids eye contact while sweating nervously)
• "Huey can't glitter? Well, not with that attitude!"
  • Mewtwo stubbornly drinking the glittery tea instead of making himself a new batch has led to a Running Gag where the glitter stays in his system for years to come. He randomly coughs up glitter, cuts himself and bleeds glittery blood, and Pig finds glitter covering his organs. A theory for how Mewtwo’s canon/non-canon baby Stripe was born with such a joyful personality is that the glitter made its way into his child’s system.
    Pigment: I seen it, I seen Da's glitter guts.
    Mewtwo: (tired) Ok that's enough, Pigment.
    • A crossover comic between TC's Mewtwo and Mewtwoandme's DP!Mewtwo had DP!Mewtwo punching Mewtwo out for momentarily considering leaving Pigment for dead. It's Played for Drama, but an alternate take on the comic has DP!Mewtwo punch Mewtwo in the gut, leading to Mewtwo coughing up glitter while DP!Mewtwo can only watch in bewilderment.
• When Huey asks his uncle why he was born green instead of purple like the rest of his family, Mewtwo explains that Newtwo ate too many Lum Berries while she was pregnant and turned Huey green in the womb. Huey later expresses his wish to Newtwo that she had eaten more red berries so that he could have been born red, resulting in one very confused Newtwo.
  • This results in a Running Gag where Huey expresses some desire to make himself red. At one point, he goes to his relatives for help.
    Dialga: Child, I control time, not-
    Huey: I WANNA BE RED!!!!
    (Later)
    Huey: I WANNA BE RED!!!!
    Palkia: I don’t wanna.
    (Later)
    Huey: I wanna be-
    Arceus: NO.
  • Guess what color Huey’s future child is born with.
    Huey: Oh thy Arceus, thou art a heartless bitch.
    Cheri: binch.
  • In the future, Huey recalls a time in his youth where he tried to make himself red by pouring red paint on himself, resulting in a predictable look for both Huey and Newtwo.
    Huey: Sometimes I wonder if I gave my mom a heart condition.
• HUEY USED SELF-DESTRUCT! Newtwo is less than impressed.
  Newtwo: (on the ground from shock) You’re trying to kill me, aren’t you…
  (Young Huey gives a big, single-toothed grin)
• Huey makes his mother a cup of hot chocolate, but puts salt in the mixture instead of sugar. Newtwo reluctantly takes one gulp so as to not disappoint her hopeful child, then tells him that it’s so good that she’ll save the rest of the mug for later so that it’s not gone too soon. Huey then shows Newtwo the large batch that he has leftover, to which Newtwo replies with a fearful “Oh.”
  • Later on, while discussing what an older Huey remembers from his youth, Huey explains that he couldn’t find the sugar, so his uncle told him where it was. Newtwo responds with a Death Glare in an unphased Mewtwo’s direction.
• In a what-if scenario where Huey Mega-Evolves without the ability to control his newfound power, Newtwo saves her son in the only way she knows how: By delivering a flying kick to his skull.
  Huey: (face-down in a crater) Well now it hurts more, thanks Mom…
  Newtwo: Sorry, I panicked.
  • In an alternate version, Mewtwo saves his nephew with a punch to the gut.
    Mewtwo: (seeing Newtwo's disapproving look) Don't give me that look, you didn't have any ideas.
• While Mew projecting its memories usually leads to some of the comic's more tearjerking moments, one incident had Mew accidentally projecting the memory of baby Mewtwo biting baby Newtwo. The present-day Newt awakens in a fit of rage, rushing to the chuckling Mewtwo who had just witnessed the same memory and kicking his mattress hard enough to send him flying head-over-tail.
  • Even better? In the OVAS dub, the image of Mewtwo laughing to himself right before he's kicked by Newtwo includes the sound of running feet. Newtwo, who has enough psychic power to levitate everywhere she goes and is almost never seen with her feet on the ground, was so mad at her brother that she physically RAN to his bed to kick him over.
• Mewtwo pokes at Pigment's stomach and gets smacked in the face. While this was funny on its own, readers were quick to point out that Mewtwo's head was nowhere near his daughter when he poked her, leading to speculation on how she reached her Da without leaving her pillow. A few fan-edits later and some work from TC and we were given this beautiful piece that got the full horror treatment from OVAS.
• Newtwo and Pigment get to try on mascara alongside Mewtwoandme’s Newtwo and Lakota. The sight nearly gives Mewtwo a heart attack. Huey later gets to try it too!
• "Looks like the cake is ready!" Cue Newtwo and Huey hurtling towards Delia on all fours.
• The Mewtwos and Lucario react to seeing their likeness on the internet. WITHOUT SafeSearch on.
  Newtwo: But we don’t even nurse our young…
  Lucario: (screaming)
  • In the OVAS dub, we get to hear the audio of the video that prompted Newtwo’s reaction.
    "Oh, Mewtwo!"
    "Oh, Shrek!"
• In the OVAS dub, after giving a lecture on how Mew and Mewtwo reproduce asexually, Professor Mew has an offscreen rant that is no doubt inspired by the various questions that both TC and OVAS have received over the years regarding the Legendaries’ love lives.
  Professor Mew: I swear on all that is Arceus, "Who's the father? Who's the father? Who's Huey's daddy?" We’ve seen that constantly! How many times does Huey have to say “Uncle-Face” in order to see that Mewtwo is his uncle, not the father?! Yet it’s what we’ve seen. “Oh, Mewtwo and Newtwo, they’re shipped!” THEY ARE SIBLINGS! WHAT DO YOU THINK THIS IS, POKÉMON ALABAMA?! Will all of Pokémonkind including the Vaporeons and the Lopunnys and the Lucarios PLEASE GO TO CHURCH?!
• In a what-if scenario, Newtwo gives birth to Huey on the same night that Mewtwo broke Pig out of the lab. Upon seeing both continuations of their species at the exact same time, the grown ‘Twos quickly pass out, leaving Mew free to go out on a “casual kidnapping” trip to show the two new ‘Twos off to their Legendary family. A later panel shows the Mewtwos grumpily protecting their babies while Mew has been reduced to a smoldering heap in the background.
• Newtwo finds toddler Huey dressed as Rudolph the Red-Nosed Stantler for Christmas...
  Newtwo: Aww, are you dressed as Rudolph, how cute—
  Huey: Deviation from the norm will be punished unless it's exploitabible!
  (Newtwo turns an unimpressed glare to Mewtwo)
  Mewtwo: That's "exploitable" Huey.
  Newtwo: Why do I let you watch him.
• In one scenario, Mewtwo gives a bright, wide-eyed smile like his nephew, Huey. Newtwo's response is to hose him down with water from a hydrant marked with a cross.
• Newtwo is accidentally pricked by her great-nephew Stain's poison fur spikes and collapses instantly. Cue Stain and Lilac bursting into tears, Lavender shooting Stain an "I am fully ready to throw hands with a baby" Death Glare, Cheri simply remarking "Oh fuck," Huey panicking while simultaneously scolding Cheri, Pig facepalming, and Mewtwo just "nope-ing" out in the background.
