Mental Omega may be a serious mod where lots of bad stuff happen but on occasion something really funny happens too.

  • All of the Oxidizer's dialogue.
This wouldn't have happened if you gave us a gun
We're out of fuel... no wait, the gauge is just broken
I didn't think this thing could be more broken
  • This sentence in the Soviet Syckle's description:
But the truth probably is the Soviets wanted to have a cool bike of their own.
  • This sentence in the pre-Patch 3.3.5 Epsilon Dybbuk-Seizer's description:
Dybbuk-Seizer is a Dybbuk with three Epsilon Adepts inside. Brilliant.
    • That being said, the last sentence in the current Dybbuk-Seizer description is no slouch. The unit description starts describing how the unit was going to use pretty much every unique Epsilon technology at hand...
  • Most of the Laughably Evil Tyrant's dialogue is pure gold.
Build me a palace, no five.
    Just don't touch my pills.
I claim this place in the name of me.
  • Sometimes when ordered to attack, the normally gruff Fin will gain some enthusiasm
    No-scope!
  • Some of the cheering animations for infantry can get pretty funny. One of the most notable ones are the Top-Heavy Giantsbanes celebrating a victory by... doing a handstand.
  • In "The Mermaid" (Allies 13), if you decide to destroy Ujazdowski Mansion or the Sejm buildings, you get this gem from command and a Wolfhound squad starts to go after you to fight Siegfried and Tanya, who can't attack the Wolfhounds:
  • In "The Cardinal", you can end up coming across an enemy Borillo that is spinning around. Even when you attack it, it won't stop spinning.
This Borillo pilot looked like he was having fun, didn't he? Too bad it didn't last long.
    • In "Puppet Master", you can also find a pair of Masterminds spinning around near the Psychic Amplifier, this time without any lampshading about it. And they will not stop spinning unless attacked. Extra points for this mission happening right after "The Cardinal", and in the same location.
  • In "Scrapyard", (Epsilon 3), you have to capture the Oil Derricks... under American control in Egypt to win over the Scorpion Cell's cooperation. And the Americans will send in paratroops to reclaim the field the moment you did so. This particular message sells the moment:
WARNING - The Americans must really be pissed off that someone's stealing that oil.
  • In "Killing Fields" (Epsilon 09), if you garrison all 5 portable toilets, you get 5 elite Initiates and a confused message:
Epsilon Command: Really? Now? All five of them out? We don't have infinite troops here, you know.
  • Awake and Alive (Soviet 14) has an easter egg that involves killing an elephant north of the Soviet outpost with air units (ground units can't attack it). Killing the elephant has the game reveal the entire map and command calling you a monster.
  • Barrels in the campaign are a good source of laughs:
    • In Dance of Blood (Epsilon 19), this iconic line in the intro of the mission:
Our coastal defenses are too weak and full of barrels.
    • In the Allied Covert Ops mission Fullmetal, they can't help but taunt the Epsilon Army's inability to manage them:
(Seconds before whiping out Epsilon's base instantly) They really should learn how to store those oil barrels properly.
    • If you chronoshift all possible reinforcements from the Paradox Engine in "Hamartia", you get one final chronoshift: a single oil barrel you can place anywhere in the Epsilon bases.
    • In the Foehn Covert Ops mission Time Capsule, when Yunru has infiltrated the lab, she gives them some stuff to aid them defend her position, which includes placing some barrels on the field.
