Funny / Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again

  • Tanya's incessant lust over attractive men (mainly Cienfuegos and his brother) in both the flashback and present-day portions of the movie.
    • Upon first laying eyes on Cienfuegos: "Be still, my beating vagina."
    • When Cienfuegos compliments her on her beauty: "Wash him and bring him to my tent."
    • In the flashback portion, when Sam returns to the island looking for Donna: "I just want to be upfront and say that I visually enjoy you."
    • When Cienfuegos introduces his brother: "God, I hope his wife is dead."note
  • Most scenes with younger Harry.
    • In the "Super Trouper" finale musical number, specifically during the part in which the adults and their younger selves are singing together, present-day Harry just stands there, with a rather Squidward-esque unamused look on his face, while his younger counterpart happily dances around him. It's clear that present-day Harry was wondering what the hell he was thinking when he went through that phase.
    • Young Harry and his adorkableness, as a whole, are just hilarious and delightful to watch. For starters, he's introduced having just been locked out of his hotel room in Paris, and when he spots Donna, he mistakes her for an employee and tries to communicate with her in some visibly broken French.
    • When Donna tells him in English that she didn't understand and if he could be so kind as to repeat what he said, he politely starts over in adorable Franglish. And when he realizes that she understands him and doesn't actually work there, his first instinct is to reach for the phone to call the police.
    • And then there's "Waterloo"...
  • This exchange when Sophie is trying to figure out why other people know she's pregnant.
    Sophie: Sky?
Sky: Don't look at me. Did you tell Sam?
Sophie: I told him because he's my stepfather and one third of my real father.
Sam: I only told Bill, he's my best friend.
Bill: And I told Harry, he's father #3.
Harry: (Sheepishly) And I told many, many people...
  • Sam, Bill, and Harry bickering about which one of them their granddaughter takes after, each insisting that she looks like them. Of course, part of the joke is that none of them know which of them is Sophie's real father, and they never bothered to find out.
  • During the first bar of "Fernando" the focus is of course on Ruby and Señor Cienfuegos... But Sophie is off to the side, looking completely flabbergasted at the realization that her grandmother and her hotel manager clearly know each other very well.
  • The entire When I Kissed The Teacher scene, just because it comes out of nowhere.
  • Rosie during Angel Eyes. First Tanya steps all over her lines and then she keeps flubbing the choreography.
  • Bill's overweight and rather bashful twin brother giving a speech in Bill's place right after the host talked about their speaker's eloquence, charisma, and sailing skills.
  • Bill and Harry recreating Jack and Rose's iconic pose from Titanic as they arrive to the island.
  • Sam and Donna learn that the Large Ham singer at a restaurant they're dining at is the owner and bought the place just so he'd have a venue to sing at when none of the other local establishments would hire his band.
  • Harry falling asleep during a contract negotiation at a long and stuffy business meeting, specially around item 47, clause 11.
  • The fishermen all cheer when they get invited to the party and groan when they're told to bring their families.
