• Franz is thrown a rope to climb out of the office he broke into, then surrounded by cops who order him to put his hands up. He replies, "How can I put my hands up if I'm holding onto the rope?"
• When Franz tells Inspector Lohmann that they broke into the office building to catch the child murderer, the cigar Lohmann was smoking falls out of his mouth as Lohmann's previously-smug expression turns to pure shock.
• When the police burst in at the end, everyone immediately puts their hands up... except the judge of the 'court', who waits a few seconds just to maintain his Villain Cred.
