• "If I wanted a rip-off Robin Hood, I'd wish for Peter...Pan. Oh." The delivery on this as Timmy realizes what he just did is hilarious.

Part 2

Alexander Hamilton vs. Luke Skywalker

• Luke calling Hamilton "Alexander Anakin". Plus the face he makes when he says it.

Part 3

Monika vs. Harley Quinn

• In a Crosses the Line Twice way, Harley referring the dying Sayori, Yuri, and Natsuki as "some kind of Suicide Squad".

Mr. Bean vs. Charlie Chaplin

• When boasting that his comedy speaks "for itself like Teddy", Bean struggles to find Teddy in his suit before another Bean shows up holding it.
• After dissing Chaplin's May–December Romance, Mr. Bean walks off-screen... only to realize his verse isn't over yet.

Donald Trump vs. Mr. Burns

• Trump trying to interrupt Mr. Burns' first verse four times, failing each time.
• Trump speaks during the ending credits and spends the entire thing complaining about the battle being biased against him.

Part 4

Peter Griffin vs. Homer Simpson

• The Simpsons' side really paints the picture of the indecisiveness that comes with Brian's "death".
  Mr. Burns: Replace the hound! [bloody Brian is thrown to his table] OK, now bring back the hound. [Brian flies back to the camera]

Sonic vs. the Flash

• The Flash makes fun of Sonic's nudity with an amusing pun on his codename.
  Flash: Flash is my name and not a request.
• Flash brags that he made New 52 while Sonic only made "more 34".

Doctor Strange vs. Doctor Who

• The Doctor calling Strange "the master at chatting to fabric" and saying his Infinity Stone's "Adam Sandler's remote from Click.

Loki vs. Count Olaf

• After Loki makes fun of Count Olaf's Fascinating Eyebrow, it briefly cuts to the Count exactly doing that.
• When Count Olaf says that his rap is "low-key slapping" like Hulk, Bruce Banner shows up in the background, just to echo what Olaf just said.
• Count Olaf, after looking at Loki's family drama, comments that Loki indeed should "get help".

Barney Stinson vs. Sheldon Cooper

• Barney summing up Sheldon's character arc with his catchphrase.
  Barney: They really took your character development and said, "Wait for it!"

Part 5

Billy Butcher vs. Syndrome

• Billy Butcher holding Jack-Jack up and shooting lasers at Syndrome.

Boris Johnson vs. The Penguin

• Boris has many silly lines that are hard not to laugh at, such as "Conservative, but I'm putting these women through Labour" and "I can't remember the next line... You resemble Peppa Pig, kind of."

The Kraken vs. Cthulhu

• Kraken trying to pronounce Cthulhu's name and failing repeatedly, then he gives up and goes "FUCK IT!"

Part 6

Power vs. Nezuko

• This line from Power's first verse:
  Power: Cuz I'm the fucking president of the United States! Sleepy Joe over here ain't even qualified to race!
• When Power claims Nezuko is "one-dimensional just like Denji", the man himself can be seen behind her. And he doesn't seem to mind that Power is calling him that.
• Nezuko mocks Power's past in the wild, believing she has caught the clap along with the stray cat she found.

Nathan Drake vs. Tintin

• During Tintin's second verse, Captain Haddock pops in to congratulate Tintin on a rap well done... even though it isn't the end of the song yet. Tintin has to correct him on this.
  Haddock: What a battle, huh?
  Tintin: Captain, it's verse two!
• Indiana Jones' arrival causes Tintin to shout "Great snakes!". Indy's response?
  "Trust me, nothing great about 'em."

Don't Hug Me I'm Scared vs The Truman Show

• While entering the studio at the beginning of the battle, Christof puts his coat on an executive's face. The executive pulls it off and gets back to work.
