• The Running Gag that, before the plot starts rolling, every day preceding the plot is marked by the day of the week in bloody letters.
• The conversation Millie has with a random druggie after waking up as the Butcher:
  Druggie: ...You got any jelly beans?
  Millie: (confused) I'm sorry, do I have jelly beans?
  Druggie: You know... ice cubes, crunch-a-munch, some drugs, man!
  Millie: Oh my God... no, I don't have any drugs, I'm not a drug person. Can- may I ask you a question?
  Druggie: Yeah?
  Millie: Yeah, just... you know, I'm just curious... what do I look like? Like when you're seeing me? Right now? Do I look like a- um... y'know, do I look like a girl?
  Druggie: A girl?!
  Millie: Yeah. Y'know, like 5'5", very petite, blonde?
  Druggie: (laughs) You're fuckin' lying, man! You've got drugs, you're high right now!
  Millie: Oh no, no. I don't have the drugs—
  Druggie: C'mon, man! Gimme some of that good stuff. I wanna feel like a teenage girl. I wanna feel like a girl!
  (Millie panics and runs off)
  Druggie: Come back! I'LL SUCK YOUR DICK! All of it!
• The ENTIRE chase sequence with Nyla and Josh running from Millie in the Butcher's body. Highlights include:
  • As Millie keeps trying to explain things, Josh tries to fight back... by throwing a tray of frozen tater tots at her. It goes about as well as you'd expect.
    Millie: Really?
  • Right before that, probably the most iconic line of the movie:
    Josh: You're black, I'm gay, we are so dead!
  • After all that, Millie does her mascot routine to prove her identity. Just the sight of Vince Vaughn shaking himself like a schoolgirl is hysterical.
• The at-first heartwarming moment of Millie (in the Butcher's body) opening up to her mother in a clothing store becomes hilarious once the mom eventually finds a connection with this considerate man and his soothing voice, asking about the possibility of them going out. Millie is understandably squicked out.
• Millie's amusement once she has to pee in the Butcher's body ("This guy's bladder doesn't end!"). Along with her scaring off a boy who enters the bathroom.
• Both Millie and the Spanish teacher calling out Josh for being in said class, but not understanding the language.
• One of the jocks, Brett, pulls a move on The Butcher (in Millie's body) by groping his butt. His response is an excellent line to say to any sexual harasser:
  The Butcher: (seductive whispering) Your touch makes this pussy drier than sandpaper, you fucking monkey. I can't wait to kill you.
  Brett: She fucking wants me.
• Booker kissing Millie... as the Butcher.
  Millie: Technically, you'd be kissing a mass murderer with yellow teeth.
  Booker: ...You're still Millie to me.
  (Both kiss, before Millie pushes his face away)
  Millie: ...Maybe we should wait for when my hand's not bigger than your whole face.
