    Volume 1
  • In chapter 2, Percival is climbing down a rock face when he slips and falls. His fall is broken...by the back of some poor bird.
Percival: You saved me, Mr. Roc! As a token of my gratitude, I will never feast on your kind again-
    (the roc flicks him off)
Percival: (screaming as he flies through the air) I'll eat you for thaaaat!
  • An especially protracted battle is cut short by a talking fox strolling in between the combatants and detonating a teleportation bomb.

    Volume 2
  • Nasiens takes out Percival just by tripping him.
  • Percival dramatically declares his intent to kill the king of "Lammy-mott". His words.

    Volume 3

    Volume 6
  • Nasiens passes the time by downing an untested pill.
  • The party discuss the Entangled Forest.
Percival: Grampa told me about it... Once you go in, you'll never leave!
Donny: Oh, come on! We only just left a cave that they said that about!
  • After several days of hill-climbing, the party realizes that Percival's magic can fly them.
"Why didn't we just do this first?!"
  • Anne introduces herself as "Angalhad, the Holy Knight (muttering) sooner or later".
  • Anne and Donny go off to fight two of the Dark Talismans.
Donny: Hey, Anne, who're you gonna take? 'Cuz I kinda want the smaller one...
  • Anne grimly declares that the party can't trust Sin, and Percival chirps that he does. Anne tells him to shut up.
  • Pellegarde finally finds Percival again (their last meeting was several volumes ago) and is cut off by Lancelot teleporting the boy hundreds of miles away...again.

    Volume 7
  • Percival isn't quite sure what happens after he eats food cooked by Meliodas, except that he thinks he sees his grandfather.
  • Guinevere's entire introduction, starting with the part where she effortlessly flusters a boy four years older than her. The boy is Lancelot, who after seven volumes of snark, secrets and mind-games at everyone else's expense, has finally received his comeuppance.
    • Then she gives him a Forceful Kiss.
    • Guinevere teases him over how happy she is that their First Kiss is with each other, and Lancelot defensively claims he has plenty of experience with kissing. Guinevere says that a kiss on the forehead from his teacher doesn’t count, and this literally makes Lancelot go stone-cold. At this point he finally loses it and calls her a freak.
    • Not to mention Guinevere dodging all of his questions over who she is while declaring herself as his future lover. She eventually reveals herself to be an oracle, yet he keeps questioning if she's a telepath, and she denies it as she continues to mess with him. Bratty Half-Pint doesn’t even begin to describe Guinevere!
    • Keep in mind, all of this is before he even knows her name.
    • It’s a stark contrast to his parents' relationship towards each other; Ban had no problems with Elaine having the appearance of a kid while an actual little girl annoys the heck out of Lancelot.
    • And all of this is completely contrary to what fans were expecting, since the only image of Guinevere shown up until that point depicted her as a wistful phantom.

    Volume 8
  • Gawain fainting on the spot after using up all her magic.

    Volume 9
  • The Holy Knights of Liones thank the protagonists for joining them and offer them anything they want. Gawain demands a barrel of pudding.
