Health and Physical Education for 30-Year-Olds started as a guidebook for single men to meet and begin relationships with women. It was adapted into an anime in the spring of 2011.
This series contains examples of:
- Evolving Credits: The end credits show the main characters(?) walking toward each other, slightly older in each episode, starting from infancy.
- Hidden Depths: The normal-looking Wada who works with Natsu is a Dominatrix.
- If It's You, It's Okay: Hayao might feel this way about Macaron. He was willing to let Macaron have his first kiss before Natsu who he was dating.
- I Was Quite the Looker: Hayao's Landlord didn't look all that bad 50 years ago. (Though we don't get to see his face)
- Papa Wolf: Hayao's Landlord is one to the virgins under his care. He even goes One-Winged Angel when he senses that Hayao's virginity is being threatened.
- Shout-Out:
- The AK-Fields.
- A pink rabbit shows up in 10 that looks like another rabbit.
- In 6 Macaron slaps Hayao while they look like Sayla Mass and Amuro Ray. As well as Natsu activating her AK-Fields and turning into Venus.
- There have been a couple of shout outs to JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
- When Macaron and Hayao were about to kiss Macaron stops and tells Hayao what he was doing wrong as Lances stabbed Hayao.
- Speaks Fluent Animal: Kuu-chan is shown to be able to talk to animals at the zoo in episode 9.
- Wholesome Crossdresser: Macaron. Daigorou and Pii-chan have done it as well.
