• The first encounter with Nitori, wasting no time setting the tone and characterization, as well as the Running Gag of her trying to win over Marisa to no avail.
  • Announcing her plan #218 upon introducing herself, which brings to question what happened to the other 217 plans. Marisa isn't sure, so we may never know.
  • After her attempt at inviting Marisa to the Flower Viewing festival gets shot down, she doubles down on the very next plan: The Grand Gem Generator mk V. While the invention actually did the impressive (and scientifically impossible) feat of turning graphite and a clump of her hair into a diamond, it also exploded shortly afterwards, with Nitori noting this to be the fifth time in a week.
• Koishi's Relationship Chart v.2, presented in their first encounter, showing the various relationship statuses between the cast, with some oddball stuff thrown in for good measure:
  • Parsee is naturally "SO JEALOUS!" towards everyone she's most familiar with.
  • Yuugi, or rather "YUUGI-OH", has "TIME TO D-D-D-DUEL!" with Marisa.
  • "Tenshi — Used Earthquake!"
  • Koakuma is "Your reading buddy" to Patchouli, whereas the the other way around reads "Le Sigh~"
  • Next to Marisa's name is a sketch of the Master Spark, complete with a "MASTAAAA SPARAAAKU!!" dialogue in the middle, directed towards Tenshi.
  • Koishi strokes her own ego with "Most interesting" naturally pointing to "Yours Truly."
  • Genji is also featured, with his section reading as "That Turtle."
  • Youmu and Yuyuko have an unusual mutual relationship: Youmu considers Yuyuko "Soft", while Yuyuko thinks "MORE FOOD?!" in comparison.
  • Both Orin and Chen points to "NYA<3"
  • Chen (read as "CHEEEEN") is a "Shikigami's Shikigami" to Yukari.
  • Yukari's has "OOOOHO HO HO HO~" directed towards everyone's general direction.
  • A two-way status between Sakuya and Patchouli reads "Needs moar catness!"
  • Meiling's in particular has "I'll protect everyone!" directed towards the cast of the Scarlet Devil ...and another one with Sakuya that reads "Pincushion."
  • Cirno is depicted as a nine ball, because of course.
  • The disclaimer at the bottom right, with the extra detail that has Rumia of all characters with an arrow pointed towards it that reads "Is that so?"

• After the events of UFO with Marisa, Reimu and Sanae all meeting up at the Hakurei Shrine, Nitori (and Momiji) shows up once again with her latest invention to win Marisa's heart. This time, she takes the metaphor "the flames of the heart" seriously enough to build the Giga-Fan 2000 (Mark II, apparently) in order to "fan Marisa's flame." Her efforts would naturally not get her any farther with Marisa. Instead, the excessive winds ended with Sanae's shrine maiden skirt flying up in full view of everybody present. Cue Sanae proclaiming herself ruined for marriage, followed by casting an explosive spell on the device and the dumbfounded duo, with them getting launched away as a result.
