- Early in the movie, Lefty is given a male lion as a gift. Soon after, he and Donnie pull up to a burger joint, with the lion in the back seat of their car. Lefty orders 40 burgers to go, and the two end up standing by the car, peeling patties out of the buns and feeding them to the lion.
