Upon arriving at Egghead, Izuku, Marco, and Rayleigh meet Rebecca, who is introduced similar to how she was in her home show, complete with dialogue. What really sells it is how nonchalant Rayleigh is about having a cannon aimed at his head as well as what Marco tells a horrified Izuku.
Hilda, Rosa, and Ben freak out when All-Might reveals his true form. Hilda's mom just straight-up faints.
When Izuku and his crew arrive at the Midoriya Household to reunite with his parents, Izuku almost gets cold feet before his friends talk him out of it. When the door is answered, a little girl is there...and she immediately calls for her parents, much to Izuku's confusion and alarm.
When Katsuki hears that Izuku is alive and well, he immediately barges into the Midoriya house demanding where he is...and then proceeds to kick him in the face. Izuku responds in kind by hitting him in the stomach.
Shun takes after his ancestor Gowther quite a bit when he bluntly points out that Toshinori Yagi is All-Might when he, Ben, Hilda, and Rosa bump into the crew. Toshinori for his part just goes along with it and confirms Shun's words, causing Izuku to go into fanboy mode.
While on an outing, Kirby reveals to the others that her stomach is an entirely separate dimension of reality that gives her a bottomless appetite. What really sells it is Hilda's comment on it.
After Shun leaves the Vestige Realm in One For All, the previous holders all talk about Izuku's Crew as well as Ben being related to All For One. When Bruce comments on a bizarre idiom that Yoichi makes, En retorts that his look doesn't make sense...which doesn't really work with the rest.
En: ...I just wanted to be included.
After Ben delivers a complete and total vicious beatdown on Overhaul, Izuku can't help but notice some similarities to how a certain Joestar pummeled a smarmy scumbag as a means of paying a bill...
Izuku: Was that a freaking JoJo reference?!
Unlike in canon, during Present Mic's presentation at the Entrance Exam, some of Izuku's Crew actually cheer along with him, much to the other's embarrassment. However, the Voice Hero deeply appreciates the response.
Makoto, Yaato, and Chikara make a game out of who can rack up the most points in the Entrance Exam. While counting their current score, Yaato boasts a higher score, only for Makoto and Chikara to outscore him by a few points nonchalantly, much to his chagrin.
During the Quirk Apprehension Test, Izuku uses the Spring-Spring Fruit to easily clear the Standing Long Jump...only to miscalculate the power he put into his bounce and go flying out of campus, forcing All-Might to go and catch him.
Ben is revealed to be the adopted son of Midnight, who takes the time to dote on him during class, much to his embarrassment and the amusement of his friends.
Izuku's Crew is doing Joint Training with Class 1-A for their first Heroics class. As everyone shows up in their costumes, Ochako can't help but notice that Izuku is shirtless, revealing his muscular body from his training.
During the Battle Trials, Denki tries to flirt with Kobeni, who, in typical Nervous Wreck fashion, freaks out and shoots him with Pop Greens, causing the opposing team consisting of Ben and Kyouka to win by default.
While trying to get past the reporters in front of UA, Chikara tries to distract them by saying Mount Lady and Kamui Woods are kissing...which turns out to actually be true, much to his bewilderment.
Tobi is a member of the League of Villains and his interactions with Tomura are akin to his relationship with Deidara in the former's home series.
