• Midway through the Trust platform, you can enter an empty meeting room of sorts. There's a fish tank at the back wall, with a big fish swimming inside. If you happen to be curious enough to shoot the tank and let that poor fish flop out onto the ground, and then happen to take out your ASE and ping the room, you'll realize that the fish is no ordinary fish, and not really because it's bulletproof. It's the freaking coelacanth, a legendary fish said to be a living fossil - and you need to scan it in order to get 100% Completion.
• The ending. It's all the dead U.S presidents (including George Washington and Abraham Lincoln), they're in futuristic power armor, and they're here to save the world.
• One of the loading screen tips: "Don't be teammate, revive your jerks!"
• The Drudge rap. 'Nuff said.
• When walking through a series of tunnels, Mr. Ford walks comes across a hallway that is exactly the same design as the last one. He says "Whoa. Deja vu!" Prometheus responds with an explanation how architects will reuse designs to save money. And how game designers on earth will do it because they're lazy.
