  • Some of the Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia enemy descriptions can be hilarious.
Grave Digger: Enjoys his cursed vocation because he meets new people.
    Werebat: A half-human half-bat. How about that.
Dullahan: This knight doesn't need a head to hand his enemies theirs.
Stone Rose: Once an insectivore, this plant's tastes have broadened.
Mad Butcher: A madman with a mechanized saw. Enjoys butchery and sculpting.
Double Hammer: The only thing more dangerous than a giant hammer is two.
  • In Albus mode, the fight against possessed Albus (the second-to-last boss before going to Dracula's Castle) becomes this because not only is Albus fighting himself, but for some reason, they have different names for the same attacks. It sounds like they're trying to assert the proper names for their moves!
    Boss Albus: "VERTICAL SHOT!"
    Player Albus: "OPTICAL SHOT!"
    Boss Albus: "VERTICAL SHOT!"
    Player Albus: "OPTICAL SHOT!"
    Boss Albus: "GLYPH IN BULLET!"
    Player Albus: "MAX SHOT!"
  • Before you reach Albus you can find Luminatio and Umbra easily, which can be used in the Glyph Union "Universitas". Put those on, spam the Glyph Union as soon as you regain control at the fight with Albus, and you can finish him off before he can even move.
    Albus: "HA-"
    Shanoa: Blast Attack!
    Albus: "HA-"
    Shanoa: Blast Attack!
    Albus: "HA-"
    Shanoa: Blast Attack!
    Albus: "HA-"
    Shanoa: Blast Attack!
    Albus: "HA-"
    Shanoa: Blast Attack!
    Albus: "SHANOAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!" (Dies)
  • One of the sidequests has you tackling Big Foot to take a picture before he jumps away.
  • Tool-Assisted Speedruns are always hilarious or impressive, but dancing on a giant crab is far too funny.
  • Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia's Brachyura and Gravedorcus. SHOOUUUURRRGGGGG. As a commenter put it, "mwa haa haa haa. Top this shit, Persona 3."
  • Some of the villagers get their own funny moments:
    • As endearing as the sweet old lady, Daniela, is, it's hard to tell if she's really forgetful or if she's trolling Shanoa a bit as completing a quest for her has her give you the Garbo Hat. Taking up another quest has her comment how forgetful she's getting and how she can't remember what she did with her hat...which she just gave you. Ironically, all her quests end in getting a hat.
    • Laura seems to drive herself crazy trying to make jewelry for Shanoa in an effort to get her to smile, misinterpreting her saying that she doesn't smile as simply just not having reason to, a challenge she takes upon herself to rectify. A bit funny, if a little sad though.
    • Abram is so over the top that it's hard to take him seriously. Saving him has him refer to you as a "she-witch" and he makes comments about how you won't find his ingredients, only to tell you once you give them to him that he'll make the medicine and then promptly jack up the prices so you can't buy them and get hurt. It's hilarious and kinda heartwarming since it's his roundabout way of making sure you don't take unnecessary risks just cause you have powerful medicine at your disposal.
    • Marcel's questline involves taking pictures of various enemies for his newspaper articles, as mentioned above. The thought of Shanoa doing acrobatics just to get into an appropriate position to take a picture of an enemy before it escapes is hilarious on its own, but the kicker? The whole thing is a Shoot the Shaggy Dog story since Marcel gets fired at the questline's completion anyway.
    • Nikolai doesn't have his own questline exactly, but he does reward you if you complete the questlines of every other villager...which he comments on how the village is now at peace and the hearts of the people eased...because the village simply couldn't rest until you had played hide-&-seek with kids or drew pictures for an old lady.
    • Aeon is a Lethal Chef. That's not the funny part. The funny part is that after you finish his quests (which involve finding new ingredients for him), he openly admits the problem isn't his ingredients but that he's terrible at cooking.
  • It's also awesome, considering how hard she kicks his ass afterwards, but when Shanoa arrives at Dracula's throne room, his amused response, due to her being a complete outlier in the Dracula/Belmont war, is basically "Who're you? Wanna join my harem?"
