The page image is from the cutscene that plays after you beat Jackson Storm in his Master-Level event. During the post-race interview, Storm laments about how he can beat "anyone, anywhere". The others, taking his words literally, place him in Thunder Hollow Speedway being chased by Miss Fritter, which makes for great entertainment in-universe.
Miss Fritter: Where ya goin', sweetie? We ain't done yet! Let me at that new paint! Ha ha ha! Jackson Storm: Aah!
In the Master-Level takedown event, the horde of Chick Hicks clones will usually complement each other by name:
Chick Hicks: Looking good, Chick! Chick Hicks: Hey, Chick! You're doing great! Chick Hicks: Well, if it isn't Chick Hicks!
Sometimes if Lightning drives backwards:
Lightning McQueen: Great view! It's like I'll see myself win twice.
In the introduction to Mater's Master-Level event, Mater reads Chick's cue cards.
Side-bashing opponents. Doing so would cause them to give you an annoyed remark in return. It's even funnier if the opponent being side-bashed is just a recolor of the same character, like Fabulous Lighting McQueen or Mater the Greater, as they're basically getting annoyed with themselves.
On the main menu, a clown forklift can sometimes be seen running across the studio. When the studio crew begin chasing him around the studio to get him off the set, Hilarity Ensues.
Chick Hicks will sometimes leave the set. A cardboard cutout of him is his replacement. Sometimes, the cutout will fall down.
