• Elwood's "puffball bacteria". Hilarious Large Ham performances from Dan Aykroyd and John Goodman, but what really launches it into the atmosphere is Evan Bonifant's screaming.
  • No, what really makes it is the complete lack of reaction from the rest of the band with the quiet wide-eyed exception of Mr. Fabulous.
  • This leads into a cameo from the bar owner from the previous movie who owns the restaurant they're eating in. After seeing Elwood's antics, he starts getting deja vu and questions the band if he's met them before. They don't answer but quickly try to finish up their meals. With one of them just outright asking for his check.
  • Mack, during his screaming of “SAVE YOURSELVES!”, running up to a random table, cramming a burger into his mouth, and running away, shouting “SAVE YOURSELVES!” through a mouthful of burger.
• They manage to avoid the cops guarding a bridge by driving the Bluesmobile into the river and driving under them.
  Mack: How long can we stay down here?
  Elwood: How long can you hold your breath?
  • When they resurface, they do so underneath the boat (crawling with explosives) of a radical militia faction, holding a secret meeting out in the woods. The boat ends up on top of the Bluesmobile.
    Mack: Hey, you guys having a picnic?
    (Militiamen all point their guns at the Blues Brothers, generating Oh, Crap! faces from them)
    Robertson: DON'T SHOOT! YOU MIGHT HIT THE BOAT!
    Elwood: (confused, aside to Mack) ...what boat?
    Robertson: That is the international Jewish-Communist Conspiracy in action, people! One of their spy satellites must have picked up our location...
    (The Bluesmobile drives off)
    Robertson: KILL THEM!
    (The militiamen shoot. Elwood drives over a bump in the road, bucking the boat off of the car and onto the leader. Cue Stuff Blowing Up)
    Mack: (with a massive explosion in the background) Did you hear something?
    Elwood: (bluntly) Nope.
  • Robertson’s entire crackpot Conspiracy Theory speech. Bonus points for the exasperated delivery of “...in JERUSALEM,” in a tone of voice that screams “Come on, guys, we’ve been over this a hundred times!”
• Elwood covering Buster's eyes in the strip club.
• Joe Morton's facial expressions and spot-on re-creation of John Belushi's exasperated "ELLLLLWOOOOOOOOODD!"
• The ludicrously massive collision of Lemming Cops that just keeps going... Keeps going... Keeps going... Holy shit, KEEPS going... And then finally one last Mississippi Highway Patrol cruiser simply brakes and stops in front of the pileup, being the Lone Survivor while all the other county, state, and federal cruisers end up a mangled wreck. The two MHP troopers that climb out of the surviving cruiser staring in shock at what happened to their fellow lawmen.
  • And then after an FBI agent drags a dazed female Illinois state trooper that was riding with him out of their crushed machine, she looks at the carnage and simply asks "Did we get 'em?"
  • And before all that, the fact the entire band has to pile into the Bluesmobile just to escape. Once they manage to dodge a barricade...
  Elwood: Don't look back.
