• During Ciri's training, Yennefer directs her to telekinetically throw a basket into the walls of a old shack. Yennefer later calms down the panicked priestesses (noting how the planks would make good firewood) after praising and comforting a bewildered Ciri.
• In the midst of dressing down the witchers for not knowing anything about taking care of a young girl, Triss mentions that girls Ciri's age have periods, to the obvious mortification of all the witchers besides Eskel. In the middle of her rant, Ciri walks in, wearing a dress, and says very matter of factly "I will not be doing any training today, as I am... indisposed." Before marching back out. Vesemir very curtly tells the other witchers that if Ciri ever come to morning meal in a dress, she is not to be made to train, no questions asked.
