    General
  • The newbie necromancers-turned-Nathaniel's recruits Cyril and Julius have some hilarious interactions with each other. One of these include the duo's reaction when they had no choice but to accept Nathaniel's difficult initiation to become the latter's employees or else they will either be imprisoned or killed:
Julius: (buries his face on the ground, muffling his scream) MHHHHHHHHH!
Cyril: I think that means he'll do it.
  • Nathaniel being nicknamed as the "Banana Man" by the players, the DM, and the audience due to the character's yellow clothing (which also sparks the "Banana Facts" intermissions during breaks in the Twitch streams). Soon, the players in-character (except Nathaniel) started referring to the witch-taker as the "Banana Man" too. This soon is picked up by Sina Steelward and Kara Miharian. In-character, Nathaniel isn't impressed by being called the "Banana Man" and says he looks more like a lemon.
  • Since Session 6, Renee and Nathaniel made a bet for the former to find out Lancel's identity. So it is entertaining to see all the things Renee does and how the two bards react to them. They include Renee attempting to read Nathaniel's mind to Renee secretly contacting Lancel with the Sending spell.

Session 1-7: The Adventure Begins Arc
  • The very first fight of the campaign ended up being a Curb-Stomp Battle. Just one Shatter spell and two Sleep spells later, the two newbie necromancers were easily subdued before they could alert their allies.
  • After Enoch threatened to shoot Nathaniel after the latter started reading through a necromancy book that they discovered, Enoch proceeded to be hit by some serious Laser-Guided Karma.
    • To illiterate, Enoch decided to split up from the team so he can investigate some unsearched areas from earlier. The good news is that previously unsearched path led back to his party. The bad news is that, in the process, he is being chased by an army of undead skeletons, he gets ambushed by a chest Mimic that he tried to 'open', he gets hit multiple times by said Mimic, and he fails to shoot the Mimic at all (to the point that his gun gets jammed from rolling a Natural 1), failed to fix the gun, and healed the minimum amount from his Second Wind. To top it all off, Enoch is separated from the party by a bottomless pit and a locked door. This ends with Enoch being forced to reveal his angel wings, begging the party to save him, and being saved by Nathaniel (the same guy he threatened to shoot earlier).
  • The party's interactions with the little boy named Edmund, like how the child asked Enoch to give him fangs so he could be a dragon.
  • The first few pages belonging to Kara Miharian's old necromancy research book included hilarious written comments and doodles by her sister Abbigail.
Chandrelle: (Written on page) Abby, will you please stop writing in your sister's research book?
Abbigail: (Written on page) NEVER! (includes a doodle of Ninja Abby)
  • So, the party is currently on top of a snowy mountain while fighting a pack of worgs. And, to make matters worse, all that fighting has starting an upcoming avalanche. Now, Renee and Nathaniel don't want the former to use a noisy and useless spell like the Thunderclap spell since that will only make the avalanche worse. But Renee's player and Nathaniel's player want to use it because it would be hilarious to make the avalanche worse!
  • When the party arrived in Luna's hometown, the first thing Enoch does is order two shots of the strongest alcohol from an inn. When he drinks his first shot, he proceeds to intentionally fail his Constitution Save. Enoch then suffers from decent fire damage from the drink's side effects. What does Enoch do next? He proceeds to still take his double.
  • During a scuffle against some necromancers at the outskirts of Yedsall, a Dragonborn necromancer shot out a Ray of Sickness spell at Nathaniel, dealing 11 poison damage... except Nathaniel has Poison Immunity. The Dragonborn was left speechless as the elf necromancer chastised the former for taking up that spell (since Luna's player pointed out how Ray of Sickness is a useless spell to have since many characters from the Monster Manuel have immunity to poison).
  • When Nathaniel questioned the elite necromancer Bloodstride on his identity, the former suspected that Bloodstride could not be his real name because of the Who Names Their Kid "Dude"? trope. So, a few sessions later, imagine Nathaniel's (and his party's) shock when they found out that Bloodstride's name is in fact... Pierce Bloodstride.
  • When the party and Lancel needed to have a private conversation, Tapwater brought them a portable Japanese folding screen (called the "Screen of Secrecy") to surround the party's table to prevent eavesdropping. Tapwater also made sure to turn off his ears.
  • Before entering Chester City, Nathaniel warns the group of two major points: Chandrelle is suspicious since she should be aware of what her sister Kara had been researching concerning necromancy & True Ressurrection, and the group needs to behave and consult Nathaniel on certain actions as they will be watched by law & any poor actions will reflect badly on Nathaniel, who has an important standing on the law. As soon as they tried to enter the city, the group have a run-in with a necromancer being chased by an angry mob and they crossed paths with Chandrelle via magic hologram.

    Session 8-13: Chester City Arc
  • One of the shops in Chester City is a potion shop named "Pots and Pots and Pots".
  • The awkward situation where Nathaniel finds his informant Rahir trying to flirt at the hotel's lobby.
  • The bar fight that escalated from the argument between Luna & Scorpio and a swindling Kenku named Robere gets a golden moment where Robere, who was blinded by Luna's Radiant Consumption, attempts to run up to Luna with a dagger... only to run into a wall instead.
  • When the party slipt up and ended up staying in different locations for the night, Renee's player revealed that Renee will secretly use the Sending spell (a limited-version of a magic cellphone) to contact Lancel, Nathaniel's secret son. Nathaniel's player proceeded to freak out and start describing how his character will suddenly wake up and rushes to Renee to kill her.
    • This could be seen as Laser-Guided Karma since, earlier, Nathaniel made Enoch scream out-of-character when the former assigned his new employees to start investigating Enoch's background in secret.
  • Luna giving Scorpio the rock with googly eyes as a pet since Scorpio didn't have much luck with his goldfish in the past.
  • Renee, upon seeing Luna with Scorpio whose in bed & covering his naked body with a bed sheet, teases Scorpio that Renee already saw a lot of Scorpio. Scorpio proceeds to panic as Luna reassures Scorpio that Renee is joking
  • As Renee tries to stop Castillia from stealing a cart full of ingredients for potions, Renee uses Mage's Hand to pull the cart's reins into a different direction. As Castillia attempts to take the reins back, one of the cart's wheels breaks off and the cart is sent crashing to a nearby wall.
  • After a heartwarming between Enoch and Serene, Enoch tries to put the gloves back on Serene's hands to hide the latter's black veins (a sign of someone using necromancy). However, Serene stops Enoch because the former cannot help with the latter's gun construction if she works with her gloves on.
  • It turns out that Chester City loves to advertise by having people send out their advertisements via Sending spells. Scorpio panics when he taught Luna received a Sending spell advertisement, leading him to caution Luna to avoid giving out her name so she doesn't receive more of them.
  • The comedic scene of Luna seeing Sage Anabelle being dragged around by the former's moving sword, leading to the workshop becoming a mess.
  • Renee not only was able to trick Protectors Yotul and Cotul into thinking that the former is an ally, but Renee also convinced the idiotic twins into doing a game that would escalate into the twins fighting each other. This would later come back at the end of Session 12, when Yotul and Cotul (beaten up and exhausted) returned to Renee. One of them collapses short from Renee's position, while the other declared her victory to Renee before also collapsing.
  • While Renee was interrogating some Protectors, one of the Protectors said that the bard wouldn't be able to get any information if she killed him. Renee responded that she wouldn't kill him, and then followed it up by knocking the Protector out with Heat Metal. The other Protector naturally panics upon seeing this.
  • During another interrogation on more Protectors, Nathaniel and Renee ended up intimidating some of the Protectors by a lot. Luna proceeded to intensify the intimidation by slowly walking up to the Protectors while dragging her sword on the ground. The players found this very funny as they think of how scared the Protectors must be from seeing that moment.
  • When Renee realized that Alter / Thyrmelius Cog is made of metal, she and her party let out an evil laugh as Renee proceeded to cast Heat Metal on the poor metallic boss.
  • Renee's reaction to finding out that Rottak is a member of the Protectors. Considering the Ship Tease between Renee and Rottak, this line just makes it so hilarious.
Renee: This is why I never sleep with someone on the first date.
  • The party reaction to finding out that the Stick of Stickiness that they bought from No-Tails back at Session 2 is apparently a dangerous object from another world with the capability to destroy reality itself is quite something. Naturally, the Chester City guards had to confiscate it for everyone's safety, but at least Nathaniel was able to get a seven hundred gold compensation for it.
  • Renee drew on a monocle on a sleeping Scorpio's face. When Scorpio wakes up and sees his drawn face in the mirror, his response to it is pretty funny.
Scorpio: What do you think? Too sophisticated?
  • Renee's dumbfounded reaction to seeing how Luna's family show their love for each other... by physically fighting each other.
  • During the duel between Luna and her mother, the other party members were annoying Luna and distracting her. Luna gets increasingly frustrated while her mother seem to be enjoying it.
    Enoch: Clinch! Clinch! Clinch! Clinch!
Nathaniel: Now's your chance! Charm her! Oh, wait.
Renee: If you cannot handle a couple of hagglers during a fight...!

    Session 14-18: Cloveway Arc
  • Commander Kaime being nicknamed as "Commander Kitty" by the players (and party) because of his cute and harmless appearance, despite being the head guard of Cloveway and a powerful necromancer.
  • When Enoch was able to question No-Tail concerning the world-destroying Stick of Stickiness, the merchant nonchalantly says that it was just a But for Me, It Was Tuesday moment for him.
  • Renee has yet another outstanding and over-the-top reaction in Session 14; specifically, after playing a song to lift the spirits of the town's citizens, she learns her brother Francis is there and freaks out.
  • After Kara and the party settled on a truce, the former convinced the rest of the citizens of Cloveway that everything is alright. However, when Commander Kaime still had his doubts, Kara proceeded to semi-blackmail him on revealing the leonin's escapedes with some flumphs. Commander Kaime proceeds to blush in embarrassment and immediately leaves.
  • Session 15 reveals that, contrary to an earlier revelation, "Pierce Bloodstride" is a fabricated name, and that his original moniker was the completely unimpressive Lazlo Pierce Dungbite.
  • After Kara temporarily joins the party, everyone is treated to a funnier version of her portrait that is called "Derpy Kara".
  • Kuro, a homunculus dog, is a little too interested in the visible bones that make up Kara's arm. The latter is not happy.
  • During a fight against the remnants of the Protectors, Nathaniel was able to charm most of them. One of the charmed Protectors followed Nathaniel when the latter retreated. But Francis, who is unaware of Nathaniel's ability to mind control people, thought the Protector going after Nathaniel was hostile. So Francis tackled the charmed Protector while Renee tried to stop Francis and would later gently lecture her brother about this. Later on, when Nathaniel returned and learned what Francis did, the witchtaker actually congratulated Francis for his actions. This left Renee stunned in shock while her brother was beaming in joy.
  • Renee's reaction when she realized that the Protectors were in fact one of the criminal organizations that Renee accidentally created as a result of her smuggling days (hence, one of the reasons why Chandrelle hated Renee). She was also embarrassed to know that the smuggling route that she left behind (which got taken up the Protectors) was named after her.
  • Nathaniel's player spelling the word "BANANA" on the game's map using the game's token movement tools.

    Session 19-22: The Final Arc
