• One issue of the comic features a cameo by Michiru Kagemori. Now, while it might just be because the comic is connected to Studio TRIGGER and the planet the characters are on is populated by Beast Men, she in particular is a fitting choice for a cameo because not only can she go from a humanoid form to a more animalistic one, but her beast form is a tanuki, which, in Japanese folklore, has the ability to shapeshift, and Michiru herself can take on (in whole or in part) the form of other animals. SHE's a Transformer!
