Why did Vicky hate Webby on sight and go out of her way to target her for elimination when it would have made more sense for her to target a stronger teammate? Considering she's already dealt with a short, plucky kid who keeps outsmarting her, it's clear that Vicky saw a bit of Timmy in Webby and figured she'd make an easy target. Note how she keeps calling the duck "twerp", her disparaging nickname mainly used for Timmy.
