Colleena is initially reluctant to go to the ball because she feels without her dress she can't "blind [the Prince] with [her] looks," thus allowing her to win his heart with her personality. This thought is somewhat subverted when she's stripped, as the Prince is suddenly interested in her because "well, you've got a great rack!" But his line immediately preceding this states he was initially looking for her to have her executed. While the episode looks like a Cinderella story, the Hard Truth Aesop is "beautiful people can get away with more in society." If Colleena didn't have a classically beautiful figure the story would have ended with her being executed.
The Prince: At first I was looking for you because I was going to have you killed. I mean, I'm the prince! Nobody talks to me like that. But now that I've seen you naked, well... you've got a great rack! I think we can hit it off!
