Fridge / The Killing of a Chinese Bookie

• When the mobsters propose forgiving Cosmo's debt for help killing the "Chinese bookie," Flo keeps interrupting, angrily demanding that Cosmo pay what he owes. It seems like he's being antagonistic toward Cosmo, but it later becomes clear that the mobsters plan for Cosmo to die if he participates. Later, Flo refuses to murder Cosmo, calling him a friend. Apparently, Flo was trying to save Cosmo's life in the earlier scene by criticizing the proposal.
