Beware unmarked spoilers!

Fridge Brilliance

  • In "Crisis at the Cleo", Kane takes so long to break through the Tech Men's force field, that someone watching this episode again after "The Fall of Jonathan Rook"note  might wonder if he's purposely stalling, to give the Tech Men more time to complete their heist.
  • Erika spying on the Flex Fighters undetected (until Riya notices her) feels less implausible when assuming she learned while playing field hockey how to sneak up on people.
  • Rook's numerous acquisitions and business gains in response to disasters Stretch Monster causes throughout season one, such as Rook persuading Chief Takagi to privatize law enforcement in "Online Presence" and convincing the mayor to upgrade the burnt-down lighthouse in "Stretchipedes", take on a whole new light after the reveal that he is actually Stretch Monster.

Fridge Horror

  • From "Secret Ninja Party", Dr. C's concerned reaction to the ambush on Blindstrike/Riya gains more layers when later episodes flash back to Dr. C befriending the Dashtis, ever since she and Riya's parents worked together on various projects, and the doctor taking on Riya as a surrogate daughter, after Stretch Monster kills the girl's parents. The thought of losing Riya, especially before the young woman finishes avenging her parents, sounds as grave to Dr. C as losing a child, and would make a rather serious incident in which to let down her former colleagues.
  • Showrunner Chris Wyatt confirmed that Brute, Circuit-Stream's pet lizard, died in Rook's underground jail between "Secret Ninja Party" and "The Breakout". Considering the villains are always shown inside their cells and without a fresh change of clothes, it means they likely have never gone out and their jailers have not done much beyond feeding them and experimenting on them, as they did with Multi-Farious. Brute likely died from the jail's poor conditions and Circuit-Stream was there for all of it.
