Fridge / One Foot in the Grave

• In Who's Listening?, the subplot about the Burridge family ends with the revelation that the father wasn't killed, it was "just" a joyrider who'd stolen his car, and this is presented as a heartwarming ending. More like a Bittersweet Ending when you realise this has merely shifted the tragedy to some other off-screen family.
