Fridge Brilliance

  • In "Holding Out For a Hero", Chase easily figures out that Oliver is having trouble because he's usually better than Kaz at school, and can't comprehend the idea of Kaz being better than him at something. How does Chase know this? He's had the same experiences with his brother Adam, who is usually the less intellectual brother. It really shows Chase can relate to Oliver, and see much of himself in him.
  • How did Skylar know Bree was invisible? Skylar's used that ability a lot, and such a trick doesn't fool her.
  • In "Power Play", Skylar's powers were restored because her immune system was shocked, thus stimulating dormant cells that created her powers. This would explain why in the Mighty Med episode "All That Kaz" that Skylar temporarily regained her power of flight—because she was sick with the Earth Flu, her immune system was fighting the disease, triggering those dormant cells as a side effect.

Fridge Logic

  • In the Lab Rats episode, Brother Battle, Douglas couldn't give Chase the ability of Acid Spit because he could melt his face off if he drools in his sleep. Since Skylar states she drools acid in her sleep, how come she hasn't melted her face off?
  • Apparently, Skylar's powers were glitching after she got them back in Power Play, which was approximately a year after Hapax drained her powers. Yet, why didn't she have this problem when she got her powers back the first time (and after a year, no less)?
    • Because The Annihilator was controlling her powers.

Fridge Horror

  • When Mighty Med was destroyed, it was stated that a number of superheroes perished, and we don't know who survived, and such lack of details puts the fates of characters like Horace and Alan under the knife.
  • Sure, Oliver's mom is probably captured, giving him an excuse to live with Davenport, but his dad's another story. How's Oliver's dad going to react to him hanging with and going on missions with the Bionic Superhumans? It was established in Frighty Med that anything superhero related is a waste of time, and even if the Lab Rats' existence is public, he's definitely not going to take it well no matter how serious Oliver's involvement is. Even worse is how is he going to explain what happened to his mom to his dad.
    • Oliver also mentioned in season two of Mighty Med that he was coaching his nephew's T-Ball team, so he has at least one older sibling that he probably should have moved in with after Bridget was out of the picture, and we have no idea if this sibling has any idea if Oliver is safe or not.
      • Donald probably contacted one or both of them prior to the series to explain the situation as loosely as possible. Kaz explains in the episode where his younger brother comes to visit that he told his family he was working for Donald, so Oliver probably gave them a similar explanation.
