If Red presumably killed Broseph near the start of the time (we can see him crushing his skull), how come we see Broseph later on as if nothing happened?
I assume it is a shout-out to the They Killed Kenny Again trope the show has. A lot of characters have died multiple times throughout the series, only to be fine episodes later. The Movie is about the length of a season, so it makes sense characters would resurface.
