A lot of people complain on how the titular characters don't look like ducks, but here's something to consider; Pondgea is stated to be an entirely different planet from Earth. So technically, they're aliens who bear a resemblance to ducks.
This can be seen as wrong because they also use stock photos of ducks for every other duck.
