A 1988 American comedy film directed by Ted Kotcheff that has a news chief (Burt Reynolds) trying to keep his ex-wife (Kathleen Turner) from quitting the station. It is a Setting Update of the 1928 play The Front Page, previously filmed in 1931, 1940 (as His Girl Friday), and 1974.

The movie also stars Christopher Reeve, Ned Beatty, George Newbern, Henry Gibson, Al Waxman, and Barry Flatman.

It was released on March 4, 1988.
