Proof that the remaining 10% is worth getting back to the past for:

These are recommendations made by tropers for Fan Fics, all of which have been signed. After a few samples, you will be able to judge whether you might be interested in the 'fic, based on who recommended it. No-name recommendations will be zapped. Nobody would back up the rec. Discussion of the recommendation is welcome on the discussion page. As such discussion is important, do remember to add the discussion page to the watchlist, if need be.

Do warn when a fanfic may head into non-canon territory. Some people just don't like it, and as we all know, Shipping is Serious Business.

Authors, and Websites

Stories focused on the family and the friendly relationships of the cast. Plot-focused stories or light day-in-the-life stories. Pretty much anything that isn't focused on romance.

Emperor's Pet Monster by Acidwing

  • Recommended by: The_Cosmic_Troper
  • Status: Complete
  • Synopsis: Aku isn't evil, he's just clueless. (AU where the arrow from "The Birth of Evil" was a bit more effective.)
  • Comments: As the summary states, this is an AU centered around the "What if the serum from the beginning of the series did its job?" It's an amazing oneshot depicting the concept with equally amazing description. And Aku himself is quite the character.

  • Recommended by: Iowaforever
  • Status: Complete
  • Synopsis: Jack enters a dangerous fairy kingdom to save the Scotsman's baby daughter.
  • Comments: Probably one of the best Samurai Jack fics out there; Jack and company are highly detailed and in character, the plot is intriguing and paced so well it reads as if it were its own episode of the show, and the addition of more supernatural beings for Jack to deal with is always a welcome changeup.
