Dark Fics
Dramatic stories not for the faint of heart or weak of stomach.

- Synopsis: An alternate universe loosely inspired by Rayman 2. Rayman and his friends are captured by pirates. Completely unable to escape, Rayman makes a deal with the ship's robotic admiral; Anaconda, and offers his total obedience as a pirate in return for the safety of his friends and planet. Anaconda accepts.
Rayman meets Elly: a slave girl assigned to him, and the two become close friends, it becomes clear the two of them have sweet natures. Nonetheless...Rayman must become a pirate. So he declares his old identity dead, builds an extremely impressive jerkass mask and becomes "Piranha" - Comments: The vitriol between Piranha and Anaconda is completely astounding, Piranha is an effective pirate if it didn't emotionally break him at nearly every turn, and is an upstart Servile Snarker with an iron facade, on the constant verge of biting back. Anaconda is a smooth, suave and stoic sadist that doesn't fall for Piranha's act and takes delight in shoving Piranha's head to the grindstone. This fic probably deserves it's own trope page to be honest.
