- Synopsis: Three years after taking a little trip over the garden wall, Wirt and Greg part ways for a time. With his older brother away at college, nine-year-old Greg struggles with the changes Wirt's absence brings. In search of answers to his doubts, Greg finds himself back where it all began, but The Unknown isn't a place to be traveled lightly. Danger still lurks in the shadows of the woods, but at least they took care of that beast problem, right? ...right?
- Comments: This is a well researched piece, containing all of the same literature references as the original show (plus some). Everyone is in character, and the plot and conflict arises naturally out of the ending of the original show. If you're looking for a good sequel fic, this is for you.

- Comments: A fun little world-building snippet of some size that explores certains beliefs, traditions, and superstitions of the inhabitants of the Unknown.

- Synopsis: (summary of the first fic) In some versions of the story, the older brother grows antlers. He saves his brother but carries the lantern; rescues the bird but belongs to the Unknown for all eternity. Misery consumes him. He becomes a monster. In another version of the story, the older brother grows antlers… and becomes a prince.
- Pairings: minor Wirt/Beatrice
- Comments: Very intense and very good, it is made clear from the beginning that going from Beast to Prince is not going to be easy. Wirt’s transformation into the Beast is horrific in his anguish. No punches are pulled, including when it comes to Wirt dealing with new Beastly urges that he can’t always resist and do pose a legitimate threat to those around him. Despite that, Wirt tries to be a good person while grappling with his new nature. Beatrice and Wirt’s friendship is incredibly compelling, Beatrice’s family has an enjoyable and significant presence, Greg and Wirt’s brotherly love is excellent as both a source of comfort and conflict, and the OC that shows up in later in the series has been highly received by readers. A great depiction of Beast!Wirt.

- Synopsis: Wirt and Greg have returned from the Unknown (in a sense). They're the talk of the town- the boys who came back from the dead. Until, one day, they are fished out of the very lake they seemed to have escaped from. How did it happen? Why did it happen? The townspeople will never know, but we will. A story about escaping, in every sense of the word.
- Comments: Delightfully melancholy, the tone hits the same somber notes that darker parts of canon did.

- Comments: Essentially, the premise is a modern day Who Framed Roger Rabbit type universe during the 2015 Emmys, through the perspective of Wirt. What more could you want?

- Synopsis: Wirt decides the best thing for his family at the moment is to move. And what better place than Gravity Falls? Gravity Falls has family, friends, history, and enough secrets to drown in.
- Comments: Wirt is confused and worried by the secrets his kids (Dipper & Mabel) and the rest of the town are keeping form him. Being so close to the woods is not helping his anxiety either.

- Synopsis: Wirt had heard a lot of stories about college, but somehow, he still wasn’t prepared for one of his roommate’s crazy friends to smuggle a hatchet into their dorm room.
- Comments: Lynse really manages to balance out the wackiness of each of the series used in the crossover with Wirt's reluctance to be drawn into weirdness again. Also depicts those characters from the crossovers being concerned for Wirt and his own past experiences.
