RWBY: Faith Restored is a crossover between Castlevania (2017) and RWBY by Critica1Darling on Wattpad and Fan Fiction.

Synopsis on Wattpad: Vlad Dracula Tepes, The King of Vampires, is defeated. But he is not truly gone. He finds himself in a world filled with the darkness he swore to bring and the humans who fight with outlandish weapons. Normally, he would fight for the darkness. However, something changes inside him. With new allies and old enemies, Dracula will show the world the power of the King of Vampires.

It has spawned two sequels as part of a trilogy, RWBY: Faith Reunited and RWBY: Faith Damaged, both of which are complete. The author has also written an ongoing sequel to the series set in the universe of My Hero Academia entitled The New Teacher set after the events of the Faith trilogy.

    RWBY: Faith Restored

  • Adaptational Badass:
    • Amber is transformed into a vampire by Dracula, enhancing her skillset with vampiric abilities on top of her pre-existing Maiden powers
    • Willow is also turned into a vampire by Dracula, making her much more adept at fighting.
  • Adaptational Heroism: Dracula grows to be a much better person than canon thanks to the Positive Friend Influence of Team RWBY and JNPR, even falling in love with and marrying Willow Schnee.

  • Adaptational Name Change: Dracula renames the SDC as Tepes Industries in the finale, expanding it to include medicine, science, weaponry, and intelligence.
  • Adaptational Nice Guy: Again, Dracula and Carmilla.
  • Adaptational Sexuality:
    • Ruby and Weiss are a couple along with Yang and Blake.
    • Carmilla and Glynda are also a couple in the story, something that did not show up on either sides.
    • Sun and Neptune implied to be a couple, something that is also not present in canon.
    • Cinder and Emerald are in a romantic relationship that lasts until Cinder's death during the Fall of Beacon when in canon, it was more of a mother-daughter bond.
  • Adaptation Species Change: Roman and Neo become vampires in the story, mainly due to Roman becoming one first.
  • Adaptational Villainy: The White Fang under Adam's leadership become the Blood Fang after his coup against Sienna Khan, turning the violent tendencies of the original group up to eleven.
    • Becoming vampires haven't really done Roman and Neo any favors for their morality
  • An Arm and a Leg: Yang loses both of her arms to Adam Taurus during the Fall of Beacon
  • And Show It to You: Dracula seemingly kills Roman by tearing out his heart on the explosives-laden train at Mountain Glenn. Unfortunately, Roman survives this and becomes a vampire.

  • Badass Boast: Dracula makes one for Cinder right before he uses his Dark and Troubled Past to Mind Rape her.
Dracula: How does it feel to be repeatedly kicked down? To be powerless in the presence of more powerful people? Let me show you true powerlessness!
  • Badass Family: Dracula, Willow, and Weiss.
  • Badass Teacher: Dracula takes up the occupation of science and philosophy teacher at Beacon, automatically becoming this thanks to his combat skills and vampiric powers.
  • Because You Were Nice to Me: Willow becomes a much more confident person thanks to Dracula helping her out and falls in love with Dracula, with her feelings being reciprocated by him.
  • Belligerent Sexual Tension: Dracula interprets Qrow and Winter's rivalry as this, much to Weiss' chagrin.
  • Big Damn Heroes:
    • Raven shows up to help fight off the Blood Fang and Grimm invading Beacon.
    • Dracula, Willow, and Amber also appear to help Team RWBY fight off the Grimm and Blood Fang invading Beacon.
  • Big Fancy Castle: Dracula summons his personal fortress, Castlevania, in the Emerald Forest as his home base after he mentions it during his conversation with Team RWBY and JNPR in Beacon's cafeteria, and since it's Castlevania we're talking about, of course it qualifies.
  • Came Back Strong:
    • Summer is resurrected as a vampire by Dracula.
    • Roman also becomes a vampire, later turning Neo into one.
  • Came Back Wrong: Yang isn't too happy about Dracula resurrecting Summer as a vampire due to her believing that it was this trope, leading to both getting into a fight before Summer steps in to break it up.
  • Character Development:
    • Dracula gradually regains trust in mankind through his interactions with the Beacon students and other people he befriended over the course of the story.

  • Dark Is Not Evil: Dracula and Carmilla
  • Daywalking Vampire: Downplayed; while Dracula can operate just fine under daylight, he prefers nighttime to avoid being burned by the sun
  • Death by Adaptation: Cinder accidentally falls off of Beacon Tower after being subject to Mind Rape from Dracula and breaks her neck, returning the stolen Fall Maiden power to Amber.

  • It's All My Fault: Dracula has this mindset regarding Ruby losing her eye after the Breach is stopped. Willow manages to talk him out of it.
  • It's Personal: Pyrrha sets off alongside her teammates in Team JNPR to avenge Penny's accidental death and get even with Emerald for mind-fucking her with her Semblance.
