One More Time
, or OMT, as it's known in it's Discord server, is a Honor Harrington Alternate Universe Fic. It's biggest change comes at the First Battle of Manticore, where former ops officer Shannon Foraker comes along with Admiral Lester Tourville, and gets captured with him. However,

The One More Time series (there are other works posted, mainly on Archive of Our Own) contains examples of:
- Adaptational Backstory Change: Due to the lack of a canonical backstory for the character, the author made one for Shannon Foraker. She's really royal.
- Beneath the Mask: Shannon, and her cousin, Eimear, were both stolen by the People's Navy, and had to hide their royal pasts, with a cover story. It was pretty serious, as they would have been dead if the Committee of Public Safety found out (that's before everything else that Shannon did).
- Blue Blood: Many Manticorians, and even Shannon Foraker herself.
- Bluff the Eavesdropper: What ends up happening to the RMN eavesdropping bugs.
- Consummate Liar: Shannon didn't mention her past for a number of years under the People's Navy, and somehow survived, despite People's Commissioner Eloise Pritchart discovering this from her partner.
- Curb-Stomp Battle: 1st Elvana, where the GA absolutely curb-stomps the SLN (despite the SLN thinking they'd easily win).
- Dances and Balls: Shannon's family, back on Elvana, hosts a lot of parties. Shannon even drags some of her colleagues to parties after 1st Elvana.
- Four-Star Badass: Shannon Foraker, as she beats the SLN and forces them to surrender.

Harsher in Hindsight: Does the SLN invasion of Elvana remind you of anything? note - Macross Missile Massacre: 1st Elvana, and in canon, 1st Manticore (the aftermath is seen in a flashback in OMT)
- Not Cheating Unless You Get Caught: Shannon utterly hacks out the security measures on the "secured" datapads, before she gets sent to the POW camp. So far, several chapters (and the Grand Alliance) later, the RMN still have no idea that she did it.
- Protection from Editors: This fanfiction didn't get a beta reader until Chapter 21, and the author is currently too busy to rewrite the prior chapters.
- You Do NOT Want To Know: How Shannon's aunt Queen Cadhla, managed to keep Captain Orla Foraker from being stolen.
