This story takes place in the post-game, where the Star Allies join Kirby in the New World during the Final Boss and join him in hunting for Leon's soul pieces, leading to many new team ups and Character Development.

This fanfic provides examples of:
- Adaptation Expansion: Fluff, Shadow, Elline, Claycia, Elfilin, and Carol are members of the Star Allies.
- Adapted Out: The Phantom bosses, outside of Phantom Meta Knight, are instead replaced with Forgo versions of the missing Star Allies.
- Adaptational Badass: Sailor Dee is a capable fighter in this story, while in canon, he's implied to be a Non-Action Guy.
- Affectionate Nickname: Kirby is prone to addressing Zan as "Zanzan".
- The Assimilator: Fecto uses this trick again, only this time, it absorbs the Star Allies.
- Beware the Nice Ones: Gooey is a nice, Kindhearted Simpleton who is friendly with just about everyone. Hurt his friends however, and he will remind you that he is a piece of Dark Matter. Forgo Taranza learns this hard way after he hurts Susie.
- Big Damn Heroes:
- How the story kicks off, with the Star Allies joining Kirby, Bandana Waddle Dee, Meta Knight, King Dedede and Elfilin in the final assault on Fecto Elfilis and proving support.
- Happens again when the Star Allies return to the Isolated Isles to help Kirby deal with Morpho Knight DX.
- Breather Episode: Chapter 22, which is simply the Star Allies battling each other in the Arena in their own tournament, comes after the frantic battles with both Soul Forgo and Morpho Knight. It also happens to be an In-Universe example as Kirby plans it because everyone needs a break.
- Brainwashed and Crazy: The fate of several Star Allies (namely Taranza, the Animal Buddies, the Squeak Squad and Adeleine), Captain Vul and Dyna Blade.

- But for Me, It Was Tuesday: The fic begins with this line: The world was falling apart. Buildings were flying, animals were running for their lives, and Kirby was in a desperate race against time to stop Planet Popstar and everything on it from being annihilated. In short, the usual climax to one of his adventures.
- Canon Character All Along: Prince Fluff brings up a pen pal a few times. Said pen pal is later revealed to be Elline.
- Cliffhanger: Chapter 25 ends with Genesis Elfilis absorbing Kirby himself.
- Formula-Breaking Episode: Chapter 9, instead of focusing on the Star Allies, the chapter focuses on Shadow Kirby and his battles in the Coliseum.
- For Want Of A Nail: Due to the Star Allies appearing during the final battle, Elfilis fails to put up enough resistance to Kirby's final attack to force him back onto Popstar following the end of the battle, leading to him staying on the New World rather than needing to wait for Elfilin to create a portal.
- Heroic RRoD: During the fight with Genesis Elfilis, Zan winds up overexerting herself and passes out.
- Mass "Oh, Crap!": The Star Allies' reaction when Soul Fecto manages to take down Dyna Blade, which gives Fecto the chance to assimilate them all.
- Mood Whiplash: Chapter 23 ends on one, going from a heartfelt conversation between Kirby and Zan to the reveal of Genesis Elfilis.
- Odd Friendship: Cold, somewhat detached Genius Bruiser Susie forms a strong bond with Kindhearted Simpleton Gooey.
- Red Herring: Due to the pattern of past bosses, many readers were quick to guess that the boss of Forgo Zone was going to be Forgo versions of Francisca and Flamberge. Instead, however, it's revealed that they, along with Hyness, are currently protecting Dreamland, revealing why they aren't in the story. The boss of Forgo Zone is instead Forgo Dyna Blade.
- Resist the Beast: Dark Meta Knight is revealed to be constantly fighting off Dark Mind's influence and his resistance gets weaker the more he pushes himself.
- Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Marx bails on the group in chapter 25, claiming that he's finished with everything.
- Series Fic: A part of the Allies Evermore series.
- Sheathe Your Sword: When fighting Soul Forgo, Kirby realizes that the way to win the battle is not to actually attack Fecto, but instead to travel back to past areas and get the assimilated Star Allies out of Forgo Dreams in order to remove Fecto's access to their powers.
- Shout-Out: King DeDeDe and Rick have their Southern and Australian accents from the dub of Kirby: Right Back at Ya!.
- Troll: In chapter 20, Susie denies knowing where Adeleine's black crayon is...even when she knows that Dark Meta Knight took it.
- Tsundere: Zan. While she acts like an Aloof Ally to Kirby, it's made very clear that she cares greatly for him.
- Underestimating Badassery: When they face each other in the Star Allies cup, Dedede expects Susie to go down easy, owing to her lack of physical prowess. When they actually battle, however, she completely crushes him due to being able to outsmart him and predict his attacks.
- The Voiceless: Dark Meta Knight never speaks.
- Voluntary Shapeshifting: Prince Fluff has learned how to turn himself into his Tankbot form.
- Year Inside, Hour Outside: Downplayed, but Magolor reveals that while it was only a few days on Popstar, ten had passed in the New World.
- You Have GOT to Be Kidding Me!: While she doesn't outright say it, this is Susie's reaction when she learns that Gooey is a piece of Dark Matter.
- Zero-Effort Boss: Forgo Captain Vul goes down in one hit.
