Dragon Ball: Son Goku, The Fight Against the Ultimate Evil is a fanfic by Mr.gamertheguyoffanfics, uploaded in Fanfction.net. Despite the name, various characters from many other series (not just Anime) besides Dragon Ball appear as the main characters, rendering it as a crossover. In brief, Lucifer (No, not that one, or that other one by the way, the ORIGINAL one) is about to conquer all of existence, and to top it off, there's no King of the Universe to stop him this time! This leaves the task to Goku, Usagi Tsukino, Sonic and their friends. This however, will not be easy, as Lucifer has also brought his Legions of Hell with him, and after some events, he gained Divine Power, thus making him a much more formidable opponent.
The first chapter, uploaded in March 24, 2021, narrates how Yamcha, while relaxing on a tree at Mount Paozu, sees a dark cloud of black anti-matter flying towards him, and then it sprouts long arms that grab anything near, Yamcha tries to attack it with the Wolf Fang Fist technique, only to get grabbed by the arms, however he blasts that part of the cloud with a Kamehameha, escaping its grasp. Then, the Desert Bandit runs to Goku's house, to tell him and Usagi (who in this fanfic are 43 and 42, respectively, and married when they were in their 20s), but to his horror, he finds nobody, so he runs to Capsule Corp, and meets Ten Shin Han, Chiaotzu and Master Roshi there. Then, he told everyone what he saw, and afterwards, they reunited their team along with new fighters. The new fighters would come from the Other World, other series and two fighters who look like Goku and Vegeta from another timeline.
Over the course of time, more and more characters join the team in various planets and other parts in space, making the team even stronger (and larger).

As far as I know, tropes, Laconic pages, Playing With pages, and Analysis must be balanced to make a powerful combination.
- Adaptational Badass: These are notable characters who went through this:
- First of all, Yamcha, who went from losing to a Saibaman to being the first one of the heroes to notice that something was very wrong, and the first one to tell everyone about what he saw, besides, he didn't die any single time he faced an enemy, even if it was a weak demon or a general like Valak or Balam. And even if it's not shown, he's got together long ago with Ami Mizuno and as such he finally resisted the urge to flirt with other girls, which came after his fear of girls disappeared.
- Then, we have Lucifer, who went from an angel that fell from grace after rebelling against God, to the Emperor of Hell itself (which in this fanfic is an entire sub-dimension with different time physics), then evolved into joining forces with the Chthonic, Trickster, Evil Gods and other creatures from popular folklore and legends, to finally gaining Divine Power and with help of his new troopers and their combined death spell, killing God and taking over Heaven.
- Yukiteru Amano and Hinata Hino went from being normal human beings to becoming something akin to superhumans by mastering the usage of Ki. Especially Yukki, since he began first as an Useless Protagonist who then Took a Level in Badass that still became somewhat
loathsome, but then, with Piccolo's guardianship and training, along with meeting many new friends, became someone who wanted to atone for his past crimes, and then he was Rescued from the Scrappy Heap when he, with Shenron's help, brought back his friends and everyone else killed in the Survival Game, and months afterwards became Hinata Hino's boyfriend.
- Adapted Out: From the source material in which the characters appeared, these are some of them:
- Chi Chi, Goku's wife in Canon, but in this fanfic and its backstory, doesn't appear at all, replaced by Usagi Tsukino after she and Goku get married at the age of 20 and 21, respectively.
- Yuno Gasai, despite Yukiteru and Hinata Hino being from the same series, she doesn't appear at all, neither does she get mentioned, explicitly or not, maybe it's because Yukki and Hinata are now boyfriend and girlfriend after a time skip of 4 years since the end of the Anime in this fanfic, at least in the First World.
- God, Jesus Christ and the Armies of Heaven, are not even mentioned, because Lucifer, along with his legions and new troopers and generals, finished them off without letting them come back, EVER.
- Ax-Crazy: Lucifer, who wants people to think that he's doing his existence conquest for a so-called greater good, when in truth he's so deluded to even believe his own lies.
- Big Bad: Lucifer, who in this story is set to conquer existence itself, and he's very close to succeeding. Therefore, our heroes have to stop him.
- Bullying a Dragon: Alastor, Samael, Tuoni, Anubis and Loki when they insult Usagi, Master Roshi, Sakura Kinomoto, Pikachu and Ash Ketchum respectively. They insult the heroes in horrible ways. Most notably Usagi and Pikachu. She gets horrendously mad at Alastor for calling her a "yellow meatball-headed shorty", and Pikachu uses Volt Tackle, greatly wounding Anubis after Ash calls the Egyptian God a "dog-head".
- God of the Dead: Hades, Hela, Yama, Supay, Ah Puch, Anubis, Tuoni and Erlik.
- No-Sell: Lucifer being more powerful in this story, he might as well cause this frequently:
- Yamcha when he tries to attack the dark cloud with the Wolf Fang Fist, but instead gets grabbed by the arms of the dark cloud, and then blasts it with a Kamehameha.
- Beerus and Whis, who get paralyzed by Lucifer, and after he mocks them both, when he disappears, both characters get glued into the ground, and Beerus' Hakai stops working for a long while...
- Ye Olde Butcherede Englishe: Lucifer uses "thee" about multiple people, even though "thee" is for one person and "you" is for multiple people.
